I was not informed when I purchased and the front office is incompetent. I called Kawasaki direct and they have a 30 day return policy but this dealership decided a quick profit is better than future business. Kawasaki asked me to call the dealership and have them call their Kawasaki rep to resolve have not heard back from Dealer or Kawasaki. The bright spots I know who not to do business with in the future and not to refer any business too. The other bright spot is Cory was the best. I guess they don't need the business nor care. Its good to know now.
