They took the time to understand exactly what his needs were and helped select the trailer that was the right fit. Although he already knows how to hook up a trailer, they spent time doing a tutorial on how to use the trailer and showing best practices. They went around and verified that the torque was proper on all the tires and then they filed all of the paperwork for him so he didn't have to do it himself. Brought a Hustler mower in for service. When it was returned a transmission fluid leak had been…read moremissed and a newly replaced part was already damaged when the mower had only been run long enough to load and unload from a trailer. Took it back immediately but they were unable to determine the cause of the damage. The same issue the mower was serviced for originally recurred less than two months later. Mower was taken back to ASAP. They recommended additional service which had not been recommended two months prior. I'm am unsure if the need for this service was missed originally or if their business practices are unethical and they were recommending unnecessary service. I expressed my frustration at the situation and they contacted Hustler who provided replacement parts free of charge. (This is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one.) However when those parts arrived they were only a fraction of the parts needed to repair the mower. When I contacted ASAP they did not to realize addition parts were broken as again the mower was not properly assessed and diagnosed. Hustler would not provide additional parts free of charge and despite my negative experience no effort was made by ASAP to account for their error but providing the needed parts at anything below retail price. I wrote an email to the service manager (who I believe to be a part owner) recounting my experience. I was hoping I was having a uniquely bad experience and apologized would be rendered and an effort made to right the situation. In reply all I got was "Thank you for the information". Unfortunately before the pattern of poor diagnosis, repair, and customer service became clear I bought a new mower from them. I do not plan on using them again but will instead be taking my new mower to Conroe for service. As near as I can tell ASAP deals mostly with commercial business. Perhaps if you are a high volume commercial user they will give you better service than a one off residential user but I cannot recommend them.

Although they did tell me they would be out there within 30 minutes but it did take a little over an hour. Call out was to replace a marker light On the trailer. The repair cost was $500. When I was done picking myself up off the floor I asked the guy to justify the chargers. It took exception to my house or tone and told me that if I had questions I could call the owner. When I asked for the owner he conveniently told And he was not in for the rest of the day. I purposely did not ask them what their fees were because I did not want them to think that I was trying to shop down. I needed a partner in Bryan Texas where I have a fleet operations and I wanted to just simply build trust. Shame on me lesson learned.

The guy said that if we wanted them to look at it just know the turn around is about 4 weeks. Not sure why they couldn't have said that on the phone to save me a trip. I'll have a new lawn mower before that.
