So, I can't be too mad about getting ignored because you really can't get ghosted by someone that you never actually met. And here we are. We've called and left messages three times, stopped by, and messaged them on Yelp throughout the last three months. Nothing. I'm starting to wonder if anyone actually works here or if it's a front for the Western Mass Mafia. I generally don't review places that I haven't experienced, but it's hard to have an experience when they won't even return a phone call. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because maybe there's something going on that I don't know about (illness, financial hardship, being overwhelmed, mafia stuff, etc). In the meantime, we'll try one of the other places in the region.

I hired them to clean two rooms worth of carpet and an area rug. They were in and out in less than 14 minutes. Let's say it takes five min to set up then that means I was getting charged $350 plus for less than 9 min of cleaning. When I called to tell the owner he called me a liar. Again I have cameras that are time stamped. Ok that was great then when I actually got to the house the two stains were still there and as suspected, they did a lousy job.
