She was so incredibly professional, patient, caring and responsive. I have never experienced this level of service with any other vendor for our house. I will definitely be back and recommend her and Issis to anyone. The amount of time she spent with us was so incredible and our selections were absolutely what we are in love with because of her. Issis has such a wide variety that I couldn't find at other places. If they did have any variety they didn't have the service...crickets. I had read that prefinished hardwood floors are more durable due to the factory finish applied. Well, these Mohawk hardwoods already have numerous nicks- way more than my previous homes on-site finished hardwood floors. Also , they have this low sheen that is IMPOSSIBlE to keep clean looking. I think the top finish is too soft. I would NOT recommend Mohawk engineered floors. This, after spending $12,000 for them. Would not use or recommend Mohawk hardwoods.
