They are 4x4 specialists and will tell you like it is regarding any repairs that are needed for your vehicle. My Explorer was in need of the rear end to be rebuilt after 100,000 miles, as it started howling on a recent trip. I was expecting this not to be a cheap repair but with the expertise of SDL, they still made it reasonable and what I was expecting to pay. I also brought up a couple of small leaks on my transfer case and Phil's team included the repair as part of the initial quote! If you're looking for a repair shop to talk to you in unicorns in pixie dust, please get that out of your mind before you walk in the door as you will basically get a point blank description of what is wrong with your vehicle and what is needed for them to complete any service to your vehicle. Be prepared for direct and honest communication! Don't expect to get a trophy for showing up and bringing your car in for service! Jeff's has done two unrelated repairs on my Exmark zero turn mower in the last two years. The repairs were done in a timely manner and pricing was fair. I know because I did the same repairs on the mower myself in the last 5 years but too busy to do it the last two years. Jeff's also picks up and drops off at a very fair price (I am pretty close). I plan to use Jeff's in the future if I need more repairs.
