I dropped the car off at noon and was told that it would be seen at 2 PM, but they would try to squeeze me in early. I called for a status update at 5:30 PM, 3 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time, and my vehicle had not even been touched yet. (The store was closing in just over an hour.) I came by shortly afterwards to grab my keys as I needed my vehicle back. I paid for an Uber both ways and was left with a car with zero work done to it after it sat in their lot for 5 and 1/2 hours. Their excuse was that they were waiting for an "open bay." Zero explanation as to why they scheduled me when there were no available openings. Zero calls to update me on the status of my vehicle. Zero effort to make anything right other than a half assed apology and "I got in later in the afternoon." Beyond total, blatant disrespect to their customer base. My time is valuable and I will absolutely not be entrusting it to this store again. I was treated well by Firestone stores on military bases while I was in the service, and this is a major fall for the corporate brand. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am having lost a day without my vehicle with nothing to show for it.

Steve was able to take my design and perform the etching and cut it out in the shape I needed. It turned out amazing and my daughter is going to love it. Communication with Steve was excellent and he completed the project very quickly; even though it was not a large-scale project. When I picked up my item, I got to see Steve's gallery of work at the shop and was amazed. The range of projects he can tackle, including extremely small intricate pieces, is utterly amazing.
