Second time, they closed down after someone tested positive for COVID-19 but never updated their site so I was left wondering about no-shows two days in a row and had to call/text them instead of the other way around. This time, I booked a pickup between 8-10 a.m., and they said they were stuck on the highway and would be a little late. By noon, I had to leave. I returned and they still weren't here. I did get an invoice around 1:30ish, and the couch I requested for pickup is gone. So they did get here and were polite via text. I'd still recommend them, but definitely don't plan your day around them arriving. Keep your phone handy. I'd still recommend them though!

After first visiting another place that did not offer custom sheet metal fabrication in the special application needed, I then visited this place on a recommendation. The salesman was friendly, attentive to what I needed to have done and fabricated the needed parts for FAR cheaper than Carrier would have charged. I was able to get the parts installed the same day, thanks to this company. While I was a bit befuddled with having to drive to a separate facility nearby to make payment by credit card, the staff were just as friendly, the parts were quickly made to specs and fit perfectly upon installation. My most recent experience has left me frustrated beyond belief. On July 28, we lost power at our facility. Our generator ran perfectly for approximately eight hours before shutting down unexpectedly. I called their office right away, and staff attempted to help me diagnose the problem over the phone, but we were unable to get the unit running again. Because we operate an animal shelter caring for more than 60 animals, this was an urgent situation. The earliest appointment available was 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Tyler arrived as scheduled and identified the problem. He initially believed the necessary part would have to be ordered with an uncertain lead time. I inquired if replacing the entire generator would be quicker and/or even necessary. He said there was no reason to replace it as it is repairable and replacing it would also take lead time to order a new unit. After realizing how critical the situation was for our animals, he checked and found the part at your office, retrieved it, and had us back online that same day. I sincerely appreciated his professionalism and his concern for the welfare of our animals. Before leaving, Tyler explained the following: - The unit requires two capacitors, and because they should always be replaced as a matched set, he would order two more. - The battery cables also need to be replaced. - Someone from the office would contact us to schedule a return visit once the parts arrived. On July 30, I received a voicemail from a male representative stating that the capacitor we need is no longer available and that you needed my credit card for payment. When I returned the call, I spoke with a woman who reviewed my file and told me that my balance was zero because you have our ACH information on file. She stated the invoice was $235. I asked her to clarify whether someone would still be returning to complete the repair, and she said she would pass the information along and that someone would follow up with me. Shortly afterward, the same male representative called back. During that conversation, he: - Told me I was mistaken about the generator being repairable - Insisted I could not have spoken with anyone at his office - Stated the bill was $614, not $235 - Denied that you have our ACH information on file His tone was dismissive, downright accusatory, and he gave the clear impression that he did not believe what I was telling him. He said an invoice had been sent, and I told him it would be paid. This morning, August 4, my wife called to get a straight answer about whether our generator can be repaired. She spoke with the same representative, and that call was equally unproductive. I'd ask that you review the way these calls were handled. Tyler represented your company extremely well, and I have no complaints about the technical service we received. The follow-up communication, however, was contradictory and unnecessarily combative. As an animal shelter, a reliable generator is not a convenience -- it is essential to the safety of the animals in our care. Because of such a horrific experience, we have taken our business elsewhere. We will find a company to double-check the work that was performed and see if we can salvage a much needed piece of equipment and if not, replace it. Very poor customer service and you have lost a long time client.

Hired them to haul away a lot of tree branches and bush clippings from my yard. The fact that I got home from work and they were shoving all these branches into the back of a small car was the first sign. "Whatever," I told myself, "as long as they get the job done, I don't care how they do it." Second sign is when he said they found a guy with a dumpster down the street who was going to let them dump it all there for $25. (Okay, I suppose the fact they started the job without knowing where they were going to dump the branches is a little odd, but again, whatever as long as it gets done). Then they don't want to take a check or credit card, cash only, and he's trying to get me to pay him before the job is done. Nope, I'll pay you when it's finished; besides, now I have to go to the bank because you only take cash. An hour goes by and I hear a sound like someone just got in a car accident. I go outside, and the guy tore the front bumper off his buddy's car by getting it caught on my fence as he was pulling away. Oops! His buddy is pissed because he just F**'d up the car and they're arguing with each other. OK, while they figured that out, I went to the bank and grabbed some cash. 20 minutes later my roommate came inside and said they're looking for their money. "Oh, are they done?" I asked. "No, but I think you should just pay them and tell them to leave, they're pretty pissed," he said. Well, I'm not going to pay them if the job is not done. "I wouldn't do that," my roommate said, "these don't seem like the kind of guys that will take 'no' very well, they're talking about G.D. $#!t and F***ing you up." Okay, does that mean I should call the cops and have them around when I offer to pay half since they only did half the job? "It's not worth it. Just go pay them and I'll finish the job," my roommate offered. So I went outside, getting mean-mugged and nasty glares, as if I did something wrong; as if somehow it's my fault you tore the bumper off the car, and I'm an a**hole for still expecting the job to get done. Here's your money, and only because my roommate said "it's not worth it" to argue. Then they started to argue with each other over how to split the money. I walked back inside. Lastly, I looked out my back window, and they were pushing and shoving each other, getting into an actual physical fight in my back yard. Really? I dialed 9-1-1, and I yelled off the back porch that I dialed 911, my thumb was on send, and they'd better get off my property or the cops are coming. They both got in the car and left. So, cheers to me losing $250 for a job that wasn't finished. If I didn't want it done ASAP and I'd have waited a day, my regular guy would have done it for $150, and he'd have actually finished the job.

I called Mr A's and they were available right away, not only did they get rid of the cigarette smell (which I honestly thought was hopeless) but they also cleaned the entire inside of my car it looked, smelled and felt brand new. So when my basement flooded and the floor was covered with a layer of sewage (sub pump issues) I called Mr A's. By the time they were done, It was like it never happened. In fact, it actually looked better than it did before the flood in the first place. Needless to say, I was not disappointed.
