He has fixed my 2015 truck, that I'm very attached to, given advice on it, done extensive troubleshooting and found a problem instead of charged me 5K. This guy is VERY honest, I just don't feel I have to worry about my truck being there. I can save your life, but fix a simple issue on a vehicle? Nah... it flips me out. The gentleman used his torch and heated the bumper so he could get the dent out. He even polished my bumper. Great customer service and great people. He didn't charge me for this minimal service, but I can assure I will tell all my friends and family that need collision repair that Kaliber is the place you want to go. They went above and beyond. It was returned "completed" with parts that didn't fit correctly and paint that didn't match. It was brought back three more times to be corrected. The trunk lid shifts when you close it. Nothing is flush. There's a gap between the bumper and the trunk that is visible with the lid open. The bumper doesn't line up with the body on the driver's side and the taillight on the passenger's side is not flush. To Bill's credit, he has tried very hard to make this right but at some point we have to accept that they simply do not have the ability to return my car to it's pre-accident condition. We will have to take my car elsewhere and pay out of pocket.

We came to know of Express Towing & Recovery under extremely unfortunate circumstances. We were…read moretraveling on I94 during a winter storm when another car spun out and hit us, rendering our car un-driveable. (No one was injured. The car did not survive.) It was the Waukesha Sheriff Deputy that called Express Towing for us. Tim arrived on scene and immediately got to work assessing the job, helping us figure out how to get home and making sure we stayed safe on the side of the highway. In the end Tim took us to a nearby hotel and waited while we checked for a vacancy. Before he left he gave us a run down on what we needed to do and the things that would be put in motion over the next few days. The next day we met him at the tow yard to get some things from the car and he was just as helpful and friendly as the night before. When I called to report the accident to my insurance company they specifically said that we were working with one of the best tow companies in the area. I couldn't agree more.

He gave me updates, let me know exactly when he was going to be on site, when he dropped off my vehicle at the shop keys were put in the shops drop box too. He made sure to take extra care of my vehicle during the tow process as well, my exhaust was hanging & he bungied it up to ensure nothing got further damaged. As a whole this was an absolutely amazing experience & I would definitely use this company again if needed. Thank you for the fantastic service.
