Elijah and his lovely wife do IMPECCABLE work. Anything I've taken of my husband's suits and shirts comes out looking better than new. Everything is also presented back to you in an impressive way in the bags. This couple works so hard, and they know what they are doing. I took a cushion cover from our outdoor furniture at the end of the season. Something orange had penetrated the cover and I could not get it off. I told Elijah there was no rush to see what he could. I still live in Novi but travel 15 minutes out of my way to Northville with my dry cleaning. They do a great job with my work shirts which seem much softer than the local dry cleaner, which is why I switched to Novi Road Cleaners to begin with. Do not recommend. Tried to drop off laundry this morning. New to the area. Person inside allowed me to stand there for 2 minutes so I walked to my car to check the time. All the other places were open and getting customers in so I walked back. The woman inside yelled the doors open- it had not been, as I walked back and forth. Lazy individual that just lost you business. Always be mindful of who you employ. They are your face when you aren't there. Will drive the extra mile tp old place. read more

Worst dry cleaners I've ever used and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dropped off a cream colored winter coat which my toddler had splashed food on, nothing that couldn't come out as I've had this cleaned very well at a different dry cleaners in the past. Was told it'd be ready Friday, showed up to pick it up Friday, the girl working said it wasn't there and the owner would be back by 6pm with it. Tried again the following Tuesday, they were closed. Tried again Wednesday, this time called first because I didn't want to waste more time trying to pick up my coat. This time the woman (I believe owner) told me my coat still wasn't at the store! 5 days after it was supposed to be ready, 12 days after dropping it off! I asked why it wasn't ready the Friday they originally told me, she said she wanted to clean it right and she's used to the "people out here" who don't pick up their stuff.... Told her they should call customers if their clothes won't be ready in time. When I finally got my coat it wasn't even cleaned. So they held my coat for 12 days and didn't get it cleaned and charged me $20. When I called to complain that same woman told me she couldn't get my "dirty white coat" cleaned and when I told her they don't know what they're doing she said and I quote "oh we been knowin what we doin, have a blessed day" and hung up. Keep the $20, you need it more than I do because businesses that treat customers this way don't survive. read more

Won't be coming back here.. I've brought 2 suits to be cleaned over the last month.. The employees are very overwhelmed and it seems to be just the 2 of them running the show. Both times, they haggled me like a used car salesman would on when I could pick up my suits.. Not okay for me, I barely have time as it is (which is why I dry clean and don't steam my own clothes). The first time, I was kind of in a hurry and needed it in four days but all it needed was a cleaning and press and they made me feel like I was bothering them.. I even put money in the tip jar that day, I felt so bad. The second time, my other suit only needed about 1/2 inch stitch in the seam on the leg. The guy told me at the very least it would be about a week and a half. I said OK, and returned on the day he told me to and printed on my ticket. It wasn't ready when I returned. He said to come back the next day at 5.. Like an idiot, I agreed and came back THE NEXT DAY and guess what? They forgot about it AGAIN so he scurried to the back and pressed in five minutes. When I returned home with my suit, I found out that all that waiting was for nothing.. They never stitched the seam and "had it sent out" like they said they were.. and I spent about $25 dollars on nothing. They permanently pressed two stains into it, which, for the life of me I can't get out now because it was never cleaned first. Good luck getting a small stain out of a business suit that has been permanently pressed. Save your time, money and learn from my mistake of trusting a bad dry cleaner twice. read more

Took a blue suit in for cleaning years ago, it was returned with purple buttons. I complained before I paid and got a shoulder shrug by the cashier and "do you want your suit back?" as a response. Used the laundromat once recently in a time pressed instance. Tiny, no attendant, half the machines were broken. read more

Poor service & unreliable. I've had a rug and a tie ruined. The last straw was when they over-pressed and ruined a suit. Not to mention average to poor cleaning and pressing in between. Should have quit going there sooner. I also got sick of listening to the owners jive talk, trying to cover up all the mistakes. Go across the street to Alpine. Just came back form washing a bedspread there and it was completely ruined. Talked to the owner and he said we washed it twice what more do want me to do. It had picked up brown specs all over it from their washing. Owner would not admit to the stains and told me to get out. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! read more
