    BEWARE! This is a scam.

BEWARW THIS IS A SCAM I booked a reservation & they messed up the dates. When I came today this is what I pulled up too. They said there is a 21 day non refundable deposit but if you can't get onto the property to even check in there is something off here. There is no signs, no "valet" this is not a valid business do not sign any docusigns either that's how they try to keep ur deposit.

I have read the reviews and feel the need to explain We Care Spa to those who don't know. I think you need to know what you are getting into if you come here since it's so unique. It's a fasting Spirtual retreat center. It is very expensive so if you don't have 3-8K to spend on a weekend or week just don't come here. So other reviewers complained of the price. But the prices are online so do some research first and know your budget for a trip. There is no food here, it's a fasting retreat. So you must know that first. The word Spa in the name is because they do offer spa services. They have had so many guests over the decades ask for so many services and classes, I'm sure they offer as much as they can. The day is filled will classes and lectures. I'm about to go into a sound bath session and last night we did some incredible breath work class. If you don't want to fast and de-stress and learn about health then find a different vacation. The reviews I read made me feel the need to write my own and explain what this place offers and what it doesn't. Yes it's exclusive and pricey. The staff here is far from obnoxious or rude. For example I pulled into check in at We Care in 115 degrees and there was a gentleman waiting to greet me and carry my bags. They women who do the colonics make the experience as pleasant as possible and are very friendly and informed. The staff go above and beyond. I've seen rude and obnoxious guests here before and perhaps you get what you put out...I've been a returning guest for 12 or more years and I recommend this retreat to everyone. It's all about health and detox. If that's not what you are looking for then do not come to this place or you will be disappointed, however if you want to lose weight, get healthy and bring home healthy habits for a life time, then come for a weekend and try out this place. It has changed my life in many healthy positive ways. On top of that, the grounds are spectacular and zen music plays throughout the resort. The lights at night are special and the floating beds, infrared sauna and workout room/steam room are all added amenities to help you detox the best you can.

SMUG THIEVES! (actually stole my property, with proof, see attached). I regrettably went to We Care from 6/18 - 6/20. Some notes on my general impression of the place before i get into the theft... General impression: there are many ways they could invest in the property to make it more enjoyable and price appropriate - such as by serving the only daily meal (soup) in an actual bowl instead of a plastic water cup or by providing their $250 massages in rooms that don't remind you of a low-budget pediatrician's exam room - but they haven't, and they never will. They are the most smug people you will ever come across, i assure you. Just take your supplements and juices at home. Aside from the above, i'd like every past, current, and future stakeholder of this place to know that a We Care employee went into my parked Tesla vehicle and took my only charger to give to another guest. They did not have my permission and they didn't think to return it to me at check out. To make matters worse, they scoffed at me when I told them that I wanted a refund since the promise they made me - "to find peace and tranquility" - was completed unwound after i found out they had violated my personal space. I've filed in small claims against them, and will do my absolute best to deter any one in my network from going to We Care "Spa" (again, not really a spa). Absolute garbage management, staff, and offerings.

Definitely a must do for everyone at least once. Came with my wife on my birthday and fasted for five days. I lost 14 pounds and came home feeling like 1 million bucks. I'm looking forward to heading back again sometime soon.

I just completed my second weekend stay at We Care. Their program is truly inspiring and motivating. My second experience was even better than the first, probably because I knew what to expect and what to partake in while I was there that would give me the most benefit. The staff is truly lovely and supportive, they are all so down to earth and welcoming. I especially love the colonic therapists, they take what can be an awkward experience and make it informative with lots of humor along the way (thanks Jenny and Kortney!) The grounds are beautiful, so calm and relaxing. I love their spa services, yes the treatment rooms aren't luxury but I honestly don't care. The treatments are divine and the service providers are all wonderful. I love this place and am leaving energized, inspired and ready to incorporate more health into my life. Someday I'll be back for a longer stay. Thanks We Care!

I've been a regular at WeCare for 11 years and can honestly say I've never been disappointed in any stay. WeCare is for those serious about improving their health naturally, through fasting, detox treatments, and education. Their program is intense but incredibly rejuvenating, and has changed my life. I feel profoundly better after each fast. Before you go, do your homework and be sure your expectations and needs are in line with what they offer! WeCare is located off by itself, in a secluded, rustic spiritual setting. There are hot springs and an outlet mall nearby, but it's better to stay on campus, especially for newbies, to avoid temptation! Know that fasting can be tough! You probably won't feel well the first few days as you begin to detox. If you're seeking a fancy, pampering spa like super luxurious Canyon Ranch Spa or else some sort of substance rehab, you'd be in the wrong place! Drinks consist of mostly alkalized water and teas, with a green drink, fiber drinks, one cup of juice and one cup of soup purée. You will not just be drinking lots of different juices. They will customize your drink plan should you have a medical condition, and can provide smoothies and salads as needed. Supplements are provided with detailed instructions on how and when to take them. There are classes in meditation, yoga, breath work, healthy kitchen organization and much more. Don't miss the founder, Susana's cooking classes! WeCare also has many detoxifying spa treatments. My favorites are the deep tissue massage with Juan (he works wonders with sliding cups) and System Recovery with Jessie. WeCare is normally booked at least six months out so plan ahead. There's an area of brand new construction to be completed soon, including modern guest rooms, yoga room, pool and more. Then, the existing section will be remodeled, with an expanded juice bar, and updated guest and treatment rooms. They will also have electric vehicle charging stations. I just spent eight wonderful days at WeCare and feel amazing. Big thank you to David at the front desk for always taking care of me with outstanding service. Thanks also to Adriano, Juli and Sonia in scheduling! See you next fall!

I'm soooooo ready for this! A week in the Executive suite! It's simply stunning, new 2019 and everything needed for a calm retreat. Detoxification of mind, body and soul. Purification system I Room, beautiful large spa tub, state of the art shower, lighting , water filtration...beyond my expectations. Desk area for writing overlooking the snow capped mountains. Living room area for relaxing. Outdoor patio massive with lounge bed. Electronic blackout. I'm beyond excited. The grounds are very cool. The staff very attentive. They have a multitude of things to choose from. I choose solitude and massage. I came for a complete withdrawal from the world to pray and fast without all of the disruptions. I'll update at the end of the trip. Until then goodbye internet.

We had paid the extra $40 or so to get a room on the second floor and to our surprise, the double queen room came with a nice natural spring tub and was very spacious. The pools are open late with the back part closing at midnight while the main pool and hot spas are always open. We were able to go to the pools late at night and early in the morning and it was nice to have the room right there. We saw a few people who just got the day spa passes asking about the rooms and expressing regret that they hadn't just booked rooms here. Everything was really nice including the staff and service when we ordered food and drinks near the poolside. The skyline is beautiful and to be there on July 4th, we could see the fireworks in various parts of the sky. There is plenty of parking but it is a little odd of a location as it is mainly in a residential neighborhood with a few options for food. But they maintain the property well and it was a beautiful stay at a reasonable rate. We would recommend staying here!

Breakfast options included Avocado, tomato, hard boiled eggs, bagels, croissants, fresh cooked waffles, cold, cereal, yogurt, half-and-half, cream cheese, coffee, tea, and I'm sure more I did not note. We breakfasted I'm a lovely little patio, surrounded by birds and plants. A neighbor cat visited but did not engage. There are daybeds along the pool and a few under the trees in the patio in between the row of rooms. I believe there were a total of 14 rooms. Each room has cool tiled floors and a a fresh king bed. Ours had a lovely bathtub with the hottest shower I think I've ever had. There are imported Italian soap, shampoo, and conditioner (that left my hair looking very pretty). There were two wonderful robes in the boudoir. I wore mine too and fro as I am born to spa and was in seventh heaven. Our room opened up onto a large patio balcony from which we watched the sunrise and the sunset over the valley in front of us. The amenities are open 24 hours. This place is a diamond in the desert, with magic nestled compassionately within every one of its nooks and crannies. She built this oasis from ground up, and is a saint that lifts people up with deep empathy. This is truly a magic place, and if you happen upon its heavenly gates, consider yourself blessed.

This hotel is a liar. I booked this hotel online on November 8. After arriving at this hotel, I…read morefound there was no hot spring. I had a bad cold that day and I hope to have a hot spring to restore my health. However, I asked the boss if I can go to the new hotel with hot springs. She said yes, she would give me my money back. After one month late, I found out that she did not return the money to me. So I called booking.com,they me a help to ask that hotel, but The Ranch Estate said they would not give me refund. So be careful before you get to this hotel. This hotel does not have a hot spring, and it looks like a horror move. I very much doubt that some online reviews have rated them so high that they should be fake. By the way, this hotel was away form Booking.com,it meas you can not book it any more.May be The Ranch Estate is kicked off by Booking.com?
