I came home to find MY BEAUTIFUL SPRUCE HAD BEEN CUT DOWN BY MISTAKE!!! The owner Mark came by soon afterwards and offered to replace the spruce they had accidentally cut down, as well as do some free trimming & removal work on my remaining trees to make up for the mistake. THEY HAVE SINCE IGNORED MY CALLS and haven't done anything to fix my missing tree - which I usually decorate for Christmas...until now since it's a stump! These morons literally cut down my favorite tree, and are now ghosting me!
