Fantastic experience! Dr. Glassberg is highly skilled and professional. I had a root canal with a crown done, and the results are perfect. They use state-of-the-art technology, and it's clear they care deeply about providing the best long-term care for their patients. Dr. Glassberg's stall are excellent. I hadn't been to a dentist in years because I am so deathly afraid of them. Driving down 211 one day, I noticed a sign that said 'We Cater to Cowards'. Enough said. I made an appointment and fell in love with the entire staff. Everyone is so understanding. My dentist, Dr. Glassberg, has the patience of a saint. He even helped squall a potential panic attack by sitting across from me and showing me breathing exercises. I am here for life. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has fears (or not). WOW!!!! I just called and asked them if they took united healthcare community plan and the nasty lady that picked up said "i don't have time for this shit today" and HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! I called back and I'm pretty sure the same nasty women answered and I asked again and rudely she said NO WE DON'T TAKE THAT, I said you or someone hung up on me and I don't understand, she said you are attacking me and I have your phone number and I will call you back over and over!!! What a crazy encounter. I can't believe people recommended these horrible people. I have never been treated like that for asking a question if they take a certain insurance. So DISGUSTING. They got me in for an appointment within a couple of days. The doctors were very nice, explained everything they were doing before they did it, and genuinely made me feel very comfortable. I haven't been to a dentist in 5 years(yes, I know), and due to a certain commercial dental practice in Sullivan County, I have a very real fear. The last few times I had a cleaning, that dental hygienist was very rough with my mouth and very rude in general. Aside from these unpleasant experiences, I needed an office that has late hours. I found that We Cater to Cowards happened to be open when I got home at 830 pm on Thursday, and Brianna was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and assured me that the cleaning would be done in a gentle manner. She happened to have a cancellation prior to my call for 10am Friday. When I asked about dental discount plans, she told me to wait until I got there to discuss it with Sherry because there was also another option, called idental, and it was possible I may save more money with that plan over the Cigna discount plans. Upon checking in with Sherry, I decided to go with idental, in which I completed the application process after my appointment and received 50% discount for my visit. My hygienist was amazing! She was very gentle and understanding, and told me we could split the cleaning in 2 visits if it got to be too much for me. Before the hand scaling and planing, she numbed my gums with a gel. I didn't feel a thing and I didn't hear any gnawing/scraping. She only works Fridays, I believe her name was Michelle, but to be honest, I was so nervous when I first met her that I could be wrong. Anyway, I was told I didn't have to come back for a cleaning before six months. I have an appointment with Dr. O'Brien to fill 3 minor cavities, and I'm actually looking forward to it after meeting him. read more
