Our work group held our annual picnic last week and Lynn catered our event. First, we made the decision to have this picnic very last minute and I contacted Lynn with one week notice. I requested a customized picnic menu and Lynn responded very quickly to let me know she could handle it for us. Lynn showed up at our picnic pavilion and cooked the proteins and set all of the other foods up for us. Everything was delicious! The burgers, chicken and brats were cooked to perfection and everyone raved about the berry and mixed greens salad! If you are holding an event I would seriously consider We Cater To You! Lynn and co. catered my small business' Christmas party at my house. They arrived with plenty of time beforehand, asked for specific requests, made last-minute accommodations for a guest with celiac's disease, and were so professional and courteous. During dinner they were discreet yet available refilling drinks and serving food. They were very on top of everything. They provided the linens, dishes, and flatware and cleaned up everything before they left (including packing up leftovers in the fridge). They allowed me to provide my own drinks, but they served them. Afterwards, my wife and I surveyed the house to see everything was as clean as before we started. Everything was done for cheaper than when we had a shorter, less intimate party at a restaurant. I would recommend them to anyone, no matter how small the gathering (we had 13) and we will definitely use them again! read more

We used this company to cater a memorial luncheon on February 4,2018. Lynn, made it so easy to order a buffet for 50 when we were all in mourning. Everything was set up so we could go from the service to the luncheon. The server was extra nice and picked up everything for us at the end. We used We Cater to You for two events this summer and had wonderful experiences with both! We had the untraditional picnic at the first event. All the food was yummy, and everyone was happy, and full with leftovers to spare! The lemon bars are amazing! The second event was for a family event celebrating my daughters civil wedding ceremony before her big wedding in November. We had stuffed pork chops with plum chutney sauce(they seriously need to bottle this stuff) delicious salad, fresh fingerling potatoes. They made a chocolate wedding cake that was scrumptious! We hired We Cater to You to provide food for our Medtronic TC Kids Marathon Event and the 1500 participants and their families. Their customer service was top notch. They gave us good quality food that arrived on time and with a smile. We have some exacting standards and we had some specific needs for kids which were met perfectly. Having visited their kitchens I know that they operate a top notch business. Their pricing is good and competitive and I would recommend them without question for both small gatherings and large functions. In fact, we have committed to them next year already with our expected growth and will use them for other events as we continue to grow. Excellent corporate caterer for groups of any size. I've had this caterer bar-b-que for my team at the lake, bring lunch to our training meetings and provide buffet dinners for holiday parties . We always have timely deliveries, friendly staff and quick exit after the event. Food quality is always excellent. Reasonable price and creative consultation for those outside the box requests. I am in shock at how bad the food was from this catering company. It was clear whoever cooked the food did not have basic cooking skills. All of the food had the appearance and flavor of being 2 or 3 days old and then being reheated. The rolls were stale. The couscous was obviously overcooked, lumpy, bland, and old. The salad was over-dressed and soggy. The beef and chicken kabobs had an old reheated meat flavor and the veggies on them were mushy from being overcooked and then reheated. The catering staff was grumpy, and several members of bride and grooms families commented on this fact. read more

We got married on October 14th at Gale Woods Farm and happened upon Kym from We Cater to You at a wedding fair that was hosted by the Three Rivers Parks. Wow are we glad we did! We could not have asked for a better catering company! Kym and Lynn are THEEEEEE best! Our first meeting with Kym felt like a happy hour chat with a friend we had known for years! She has so much knowledge about weddings in general that she was not only helpful with catering, but also helped us with suggestions for DJs and Linens, etc. She is very passionate about her job and she is absolutely wonderful at it! Lynn is one of the best chefs ever! We had our tasting with Kym and Lynn and it was so laid back, we would like to have a wedding every month, just so we can go to more tastings! There was no pressure and they are flexible in working with whatever you want. We wanted to do heavy appetizers for our wedding and I feel like we tried no less than 30 options at our tasting. All were so yummy! My wife even had a strange request for a cotton candy machine because she loves Cotton Candy and We Cater to You made it happen. We can't even being to count how many people have told us that our wedding food was the best wedding food they have ever had! Kym and Lynn truly cared about our wedding and working with them felt like having friends as guests at our wedding, not paid employees. Their staff the day of was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient! My wife is gluten free and they went above and beyond to make sure she could eat everything they provided at our reception, even making gluten free bread crumbs for their amazing stuffed mushroom and providing gluten free graham crackers for the S'mores bar. The best part is their prices are so reasonable! I cannot believe the disparity between catering quotes that we received from other companies compared to We Cater to You. Honestly they were 50% lower than most and we loved working with a smaller company! I cannot say enough good things about We Cater to You! It was truly our pleasure working with them for our wedding reception! read more

Where do I begin. Took forever to get a finalized contract which was way over priced but at that point we were stuck. We over estimated on the number of guests and we still somehow barely had enough food to feed everyone. Oh yeah and the food was cold. Oh and don't get me started over the Tip Jar Incident. grrrrr still pisses me off to this day. We pay you $5000+, I ( the groom ) buy all the beer, and you have a bartender which is part of the $5000 dollars we paid you stand there and twist tops and hand to guests and you think that BIG GLASS JAR is for your staff. I DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE ONE OF YOUR STAFF ASK ARE THESE TIPS FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM. OFF COARSE THEY ARE. Why the heck would i buy a glass jar and set by the bar with all the beer i brought be for your staff when we just paid you $5000 dollars. ggrrrr keep in mind this was two years ago and i'm still this ticked off. Heck I should be more mad because it rained 15 minutes before our outdoor wedding ceremony and i could care less about that. I'm still pissed about this. especially after the response i received from the last member of your staff when I asked where the tip jar was. ITS THE BARTENDERS TIPS. WHATTTT!!!!!! Given after i called them WHILE on our honeymoon you guys did cut us a check for what YOU said was in the tip jar only BECAUSE the bartender felt bad about the miss understanding. RIGHT, well that $160 dollar check you cut never did sound quite right after talking to most of our guests. There was quite a few people saying they were putting $20 in there. In short picking this place was the WORST decision we made for our wedding and please don't repeat our mistake. If We Cater To You is reading this.
