Others around us were complaining about the wait, and those tables had a different server who was very apologetic about the kitchen being backed up. The hand-cut fries were piping hot and seasoned perfectly. It's so rare to go out to eat and get hot fries, let alone fries that are piping hot. That alone was worth the wait! The food is also lacking quality. At my event, the food was undercooked, and there wasn't enough for the amount of people I paid for. Only 30 % of my attendees were able to eat...and most of them said that the other 70% "didn't miss much". Very disappointed. Will not use Wells Catering again. I wish the Fountains of Ramsey would use a different caterer. The facility is great, but only uses Wells. Too bad.
