DO NOT hire this individual or any of his cronies. We hired them (him) for renovations and every aspect of their work was either sub par or not completed. We took him to court and won the lawsuit against him but he refuses to compensate for his actions. Buyer beware on this one. read more

My home warranty company chose this appliance repair service. I waited approximately 2 weeks for the technician to show, (which they showed on time). The technician, and his helper were personable and polite. They assured me that the part for the repair was available, and all that was left was the approval from the warranty company. This repair company told me a week later that the part was approved, and ordered. Its now been over a month since the initial (only) visit. This repair company will not respond to, and their phone service does not accept voice-mail, as the mailbox is full. I've notified my warranty company. Justin refuses to answer the warranty company calls too. Out the gate, they seem to be okay. After that they don't follow through. I should have read their review. I would NOT, nor will NOT recommend "We Do It All". Justin has "zero" follow through, or sense of customer communication. read more

Justin impressed me with his knowledge and he had his version of the review with the lawsuit. We hired him. The first 2 1/2 weeks went well and they did a good job. But then things got strange. I realized he had purposefully deceived me, but he blamed me. I needed the job done so I hung in there. His workers were only there a couple days a week but lots of excuses. The work became bad. Justin only called when it was time for money. They cleaned brushes into new garbage disposal and the dried paint and debris ruined it. We had to hire a plumber and then an electrician to fix their messes. They stole a large ladder, small ladder and a wheel barrow. Justin had 2 phones and turned one off so I couldn't text him. But I knew the other number. He lied about calling a supplier for things he was supposed to have ordered. I called the supplier myself and talked with them and ordered the items myself. He borrowed our trailer to get supplies one evening. 6 days later we had to ask him for it back. I never got the final paperwork he promised and he has disappeared. I'm sure there are other things stolen since we were remodeling a home we did not live in. We were helping a family member. He's really good at talking. Be aware. Be very aware of this person. 6/26/2018 On May 16 2018 I entered into a contract with the owner ( $4672.00 ) Justin Babin to do interior painting of my residence. Service was to include repair defects and blemishes on the drywall on the interior of all walls and ceiling in the master bath and sunroom. During the walkthrough and prior to signing the contract I pointed out numerous areas needing attention. Babin told me by the time they were finished I wouldn't see any of the defects. The contract also required Babin to remove the non weight bearing post in the master bedroom closet and replace the doors. The job required fabrication of the closet frame as well. In addition he was to remove the doors from the bathroom in the master bedroom and replace them. This also required modification to the frame work. The entire work was to take approximately seven days. As of day 19 the work was still not completed. Babin said the lengthy delay was due too "extra" drywall repair not originally stated in the scope of the contract. Although drywall repair is not mentioned in the contract, Babin promised to do the work with the repair being included in the total. During the course of the operation one of Babin's employees threw a lit cigarette into the bushes of the flower bed near the front entrance to the home. During the night the bush smoldered, the next morning another employee notice the smoldering embers had erupted into flames. Babin, one of his employees and myself finally extinguished the fire. During the process three bushes had to be removed and the soiled turned. It should be noted the fire nearly reached the wood frame rail of the porch. I also found the remains of the cigarette. As the project progressed Babin's employees never put protective coverings on any furniture or carpet resulting in the master bedroom carpet being ruined with paint, dirt and what appears to be oil stains. I also found paint on furniture, fixtures, flooring and numerous other locations throughout the house. Babin's employees also used the hose at the west side yard to rinse their painting equipment resulting in a destruction of a portion of the grass area and subsequent contamination of the soil, some of the contaminated water also ran under the fence to the neighboring side yard. Mr. Babin has refused to remedy (pay) for any of the above mentioned damages and when asked for his insurance information and Contractors license information he refused to provide either. I contacted my homeowner's insurance provider who, along with myself, conducted licensing and insurance research on Babin's business and learned he has no Contractor's license whatsoever and the Workmans Compensation insurance police had been cancelled on 9 June 2018, it is now 15 June. Based on this finding I dismissed Babin's employee as I did not want to be held liable if one of his employees were to be injured on the property. While Babin happened to be on scene one day and based on his recommendation, I had a licensed HVAC service examine the duct work in the attic. The cost repair estimate by this expert was prohibitive so Babin offered to do the repairs and fabrication of necessary equipment for far less. Believing Babin was qualified to do the work I contracted with him to do so for the agreed upon sum of $2100, paid in advance. During the subsequent research into Babin and his company I learned he was not qualified or licensed to do HVAC work. When confronted with the absence of an HVAC license he told me via text he didn't need one, which due to the low dollar amount he is not required to have a license. Babin failed to obtain a permit from the Parish to do the work. I paid Babin up front for the duct work but told him he could not start the work without a permit. I requested a refund , less the cost of materials, but he refuses to do so stating he will do the work. Babin presented himself to be a licensed Contractor and several referral sites have him listed as such, albeit I should have checked his credentials. Babin and I have corresponded via text numerous times usually resulting in banter which ultimately proved unproductive. As of today, 07-01 he finally began the work. However, since then he has not contacted me to schedule a time for completion. To date the painting is still not finished and no completion date is scheduled. I intend to hire someone else to FINISH the paint work. Finally, do not hire this company for any home services as they do very sloppy work and so far has not finished the projects I contracted them to do. read more

The owner Justin Started a job on my disabled (legally blind) mothers house December 4 2017 which he said was a two week job. Since then his workers stole liquor and other items of value and the job is over a year in the making and has not been completed after numerous opportunities were given to Justin to make the job right he was unwilling to complete the job up to standard. My parents have attempted to have him complete the job time after time and he used every excuse in the book to delay the job. In my opinion I would never hire the company again and they can not be trusted. read more
