Very pleased with the work with the work the guys did cleaning our siding today. They made scheduling easy, unlike other companies I called who took forever to get back to me. We have a multilevel roof with an area of siding set back in a very high, difficult to get to spot. Nelson tackled our steeply pitched roof and got that super grubby spot perfectly clean, as well as the rest of the house. They hosed down the outside of our very dirty upper windows as well. When they finished, they encouraged me to walk around the entire house to be sure I was satisfied, and went over a few tiny spots I noticed that I pointed out. They were extremely professional and aim to please, and I would recommend them highly! We'd definitely use them again! read more

I called We Do Windows to haul some junk. Before they arrived, I added a lot more junk. A LOT! While they were busy hauling the stuff, I kept finding more and more and MORE for them to take. They were really great about taking everything, and they kept on working with great efficiency and good humor. Gerardo, the "team leader," directed traffic, hauled stuff, worked with the other guys to pack it all into the truck, and still took time to fully answer all my questions. I can honestly say that We Do Windows did a fantastic job and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. When I learned that they also provide other services including moving services, carpet cleaning, and will even come to your home to detail your car, I knew I'd be calling them again and again. Gutter Cleaning, After a few rain falls I can tell they didn't clean the highest gutters in the back. The water is not getting to the drain and is flowing over as it always has. I didnt have a ladder or a way to check that the job was properly completed. They should be supervised in all areas from start to finish. read more

I first hired We Do Windows for a gutter cleaning. They charged a low flat fee for an above average sized house and did a very thorough job. I was impressed, so I then hired them to do a full exterior cleaning of our house. Once again, the price was extremely reasonable and the job was very well done, and with great attitude. I recently had my windows cleaned as my empty house is going up for sale. They were going to take some pictures the next day for the advertising so I wanted everything bright and sparkling. When Jorge came to start washing the windows, I was surprised as he only brought a ladder, a bucket, a spray bottle, brush, and some sponges. I was expecting him to use other equipment like maybe a power wash, sham-mys etc. to help get the windows really clean. I also thought they cleaned the screens. Remove them and hose them down they way we clean our own windows, but he only brushed them. He scratched some of my windows with the sponge he used for scrubbing the windows as I saw him go fast up and down. So he used the wrong sponges. So now there are scratches in the windows in some of the windows. He didn't clean the insides of the window sills and I asked him why and he said he doesn't do that. The house cleaning lady will have to do that. So I had her vacuum the window sills. He didn't leave the windows sparkly clean as I had expected from a professional window cleaner. So that's why I only gave him one star. read more

We used this company a couple of times for gutter cleaning, and they seemed to do a good job, so we signed up for quarterly service. Michael, the manager, emailed me in June that we were scheduled for a gutter cleaning on November 21. That day came and went, with no word from the company, so I emailed Michael and was told that we were on the schedule for the next day between 2-4pm. The gutter cleaner showed up at 6:30pm, when it was completely dark outside, and started to do the job in the dark, without any lights, and in the middle of dinner time even though Michael knew we were hosting family for the holiday.  I don't know why they couldn't get the job done sometime during the day, especially when the gutter cleaner said it would take no more than an hour and we had been on the calendar for months. The worst part is that when I emailed Michael to complain about this, he emailed back "Thank you!" When I sent a follow up question, he wrote "You have made your decision about using us for any future needs, so we have made ours as well." Not exactly a customer-friendly response. I highly discourage this company because of their unreliability and rudeness to customers. read more

We needed someone to clean our windows of our condo and haul some junk away in preparation for putting it up for sale. Unfortunately, we are no longer nearby, so we couldn't just do it ourselves. We called several window washing companies, but we were told that one condo was too small of a job. We tried several cleaning companies, but we were told that they did not do outside windows. We called We Do Windows and they came out the next day. They did a fantastic job. They had to haul the junk from the deck through the condo, and they were very careful not to get the condo dirty, including wearing booties. The windows were absolutely sparkling. The fee was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them for both windows and for junk removal. read more

The crew just left my home. My windows look brand new and they were installed in 1978! We Do Windows' crew was professional and courteous. They use drop cloths and wear disposable booties indoors. Excellent window-cleaning and pressure washing. Our double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows had a mysterious filmy coating that we could never get off with Windex, white vinegar, you name it. These guys spent all day and, having finished a first go-round, weren't satisfied with results and did it all again (no extra charge beyond original, reasonable estimate) & the windows sparkled. We use them always now & recently, noticing that they also do pressure-washing, we had them do our concrete and concrete aggregate driveway and flagstone walkways and garden terraces. Again, a day's worth of very hard work and at the end, years' buildup of black mold, dark tree sap & general grime completely gone. They noticed that their washing solution splashed some windows so they cleaned them.They blitzed years' of grime off metal garden furniture without our even asking. No extra charges for these extras: for these guys, it's clearly about a job well done. (And their pressure-washing equipment isn't hideously loud.) They're easy to schedule, arrive when promised, do great work and are pleasant to talk to. read more
