Sam's AC did an awesome job for us. Our AC went out on a Friday, I called their office and was able to get an appointment for the following Monday. The repairmen showed up in the assigned window. This company was chosen by the Home Warranty company my clients used and as their realtor, I stepped in to help facilitate the replacement of my clients heater that went out in November during the frigid cold front. Unfortunately I do not have anything positive to say about this company. After 2-3 months of undelivered promises, unreturned phone calls when I requested to speak to the owner himself about this situation, and ultimately an inability to fix the unit and an unwillingness to reattach the unit to avoid any liability, we ended our contract with Sam's and it was the best thing that happened to us. We were able to use another company and within a month and half my clients had heat again. I believe in second chances but Sam's had multiple and repeated chances to make things right and failed to handle any part of this saga professionally. My clients suffered for 4 months, the coldest months of the year, without heat and without a single apology from Sam's. I cannot recommend anybody use this vendor. read more

Last summer I used another company in town. It was a poor experience to say the least. That company told me my 3 year old AC unit had a pin size hole leak and needed repair. To which the part would be about $200. Since I had never heard back from that company, I decided to go with Sam this year. The technician came out and quickly got to work. I notified him about the said leak and asked him to check. He was friendly and efficient. He noted there was no leak and our unit was looking good. I would recommend Sam's ac service and will be using them annually. read more

Sam is great. I set up an appointment with him to service my AC. Summer special right now is about $65.00. Not only was he quick and efficient, but he was also educating me on my AC Unit which I really appreciated because I am a first-time homeowner and the info he provided me was good to know.
