Arrangements were made for an arrival time, he didn't ask for my address and I didn't think about it. When I called for an ETA he said I didn't give him my address, he never asked. Made appointment for the next day for between 5 and 6. 10 minutes to 6 he called to say 20 minutes until he arrived. When he arrived, he was n on his phone looking things up the entire time. After 25 minutes he said my lock was broken, it has been broken for 4 years or more. He said he would have to fix that before he could see what the other problem MIGHT be. $275, maybe more to do the lock, i am sure drain in back is clogged, he NEVER pulled out rhe machine. A waste of waiting for an hour and $65 for him to Google on his phone. I was hoping for a better experience and to have my washer fixed. Clothes are piling up every where. read more

After a long life of many years, my dryer seemingly died on me. We were in the middle of a drying cycle like normal, then we opened the door, then closed it and pressed the button to continue the cycle, but an error message started showing up on the screen. Egads! My immediate thought was it was dead and I'd have to buy a new dryer. I instead came to Yelp and sent some requests for quotes. He removed his shoes upon entering and spent just a matter of minutes taking the console of the dryer apart, soldering the circuit board a little, and putting it back together. Called in to have my 2-1 washer/dryer combo checked out for an FE code (dryer would not kick on). Reached out and they said there's a service fee but will that it would be waived if i go with repair. Right after the technician takes off the cover, we both see a connector that was not properly plugged in and we both have an "AHA" moment. He reconnects it and the dryer kicks on. So here I'm thinking okay he'll likely just charge me the service fee amount since the "repair" took a millisecond. He then invoices me for service fee amount + extra. I tried reason with him that if I had reconnected that myself all I would've owed him was the service fee, which I would've been more than happy to pay because they came out. Since service fees are typically applied to repairs, it seemed a bit silly that the bill for repair (replugging the connector) totaled to MORE than their service fee amount. Aside from that, technician was nice and professional. I would probably use them again but just be sure to ask them what the repair cost would be next time before moving forward, even if it's a connector 1 star deduction for the extra charge read more

These guys are great! I sent a message through yelp that I need help with my dryer. I spoke with Ivan & he sent his dad over to examine my dryer. They were able to come the next day. His dad was dressed professionally & diagnosed my dry within 10mins. My dryer wasn't drying properly, it was only getting warm & was taking my clothes 3 hours to dry.. which was racking up my gas bill. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix the whole problem because my dryer wasn't broke it was the venting hose under the house that was the problem. The entire inside of machine and lint ventilation system were brushed and vacuum cleaned! Laundry Room also left clean!
