When it wasn't what he expected to find, he reduced the price of the quote which shows you that he is very honest and I really appreciated that. Talk about impressive! I had a previous company come out and check for issues and they said the compressor of my refrigerator was dying, recommended either pay for $1500+ repair or buy a new fridge from the major retailers. Here is where Anton comes in: he shows up and within 5 minutes finds out what's wrong with my fridge (frost building near evap). He points to my freezer and shows me that the freezer food is keeping cold just fine, and that the compressor is fine, the issue lies elsewhere (KitchenAid 26 cu ft French door fridge KRMF706ESS). He can have my business. Hell he can have my wife and kid and Porsche! Unfortunately, he cannot have my DoubleStuf Oreos. That's reserved specifically for Kike Hernandez. Finally, an honest repair person. Anton came out and was very professional. Assessed my dishwasher problem, which turned out to be a circulation pump. The part that impressed me the most was beforehand he asked for the model number and a few more diagnostic questions as oppose to just stating his price and asking when I was available. He was kind enough to look at my fridge too which was giving me problems and advised I replace a part myself -- he could have easily done it and charge me more. My washer was leaking a large amount of water. I was having a not so good week from multiple repair projects. When it rains, it pours. Anton responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry. We scheduled for an evaluation the next day. He ordered the part and came back the following day for repair. To my surprise, the repair was faster than expected. I really appreciate his calm and collected demeanor when I asked him numerous questions. The only thing I could comment on for feedback is that the washer pan was left filled with water from the part replacement, having it dried out or letting us know to get towels would have been appreciated. This service is the unique one if you have multiple tasks in house. I needed to fix my gas oven as well to clean my dryer and vent from lint. If you had such requests before, you know that this would be three different services to visit you in different occasions. Denis from NaSh Appliance made it all happen in two hours! He was on-time and very well equipped with necessary tools. The company requested the equipment details to get better prepared with possible purchases of broken parts. On the top of cleaning the lint, Denis also fixed the vent pipe as it was broken in the middle. This is the most efficient tech service I received in years. Fair fees too! Called on Sunday February 22, 2026 about 3:00 pm and called NaSh # about speed queen commercial washer problem woman answered ( heard kids in background) and it would be $75 for appt said tech would be at my house between 4:00-6:00 pm. Matt arrived at about 5:00 pm. I thought it was strange that he had no tool bag or meter to check electric connections.He checked the hoses but never opened the machine up. He did check the lid latch and said it was fine. He could not get the washer to cycle. He diagnosed that I needed a speed queen washer control board and said the price was $434 plus $250 labor and $40 in tax total $724 minus the $75 appt cost and wrote me an estimate (he spent total of 10 minutes for appointment).I told Matt that I was going to get a second opinion and he left after telling me that it might be better to get a new machine. I had Steve's appliance repair from Murrieta and set an appointment for Tuesday 02/24 2026. Igor arrived with a tool box and meter to check electricity voltage. He diagnosed that it was an electrical problem and not an appliance problem after checking the motor, latch and hoses.I called Elevated Electric in Menifee and Larry of Elevated Electric talked with Igor over the phone and they agreed it was an electrical problem. Larry fixed the problem and my washer is working fine. I feel like Matt totally misdiagnosed the problem and was not qualified to handle this job. I will be telling people not to use this website for NaSh application group. I also feel that my appointment fee of $75 be refunded. read more

They all wanted to put me on a schedule and they would charge me almost $200 for a diagnosis. I called this company on a Friday night and they were at my place within the hour. Anton (not sure if I spelled his name right) promptly replied to our inquiry about our Miele dryer and came to our house a couple hours later, on Christmas Day! He was able to figure out the problem and told us that our dryer's model is no longer supported and the broken part can't be replaced. The quick diagnosis helped us make the decision to order a new dryer that can be delivered asap. He would certainly have been able to repair the dryer if the part is still being supplied by Miele. And his service charge is very reasonable, especially considering how much time he spent opening up the machine and putting it back together.
