Rich Z., tempered glass peeling off is your own fault.... I found the employee here who helped me, Ben, very friendly, honest, and informative. Beats going to the Apple store, wait in line, and not even be sure if my issue will be resolved. Not to mention the costly prices they have at the Apple store. Anyway, Ben told me if I don't want to experience another cracked screen and return to a repair shop, I should get a tempered glass since the tempered glass breaks before your screen does. Obviously trying to sell me something, but at the same time it was honest. I am a pretty tech-savvy guy and I can't argue with what he said because it was very true. A better case like Otterbox is essential, too (I did my homework). Apple makes these things very easy to break for you to return to their stores, and buy their crappy cases that don't even protect anything on your phone. I came to the shop because my laptop was no longer charging and I wasn't sure if the issue was the charge port or the AC adapter. They tested it for me for free without having to leave my computer behind. After discovering it was the AC adapter giving me the issue, I asked if he had any for sale. My laptop is a higher end gaming machine and its AC adapter is on the upper end of price and power requirements so even though they didn't have that specific model, he gave me another that works perfectly and wouldn't let me pay for it! I can't remember the last time I've had such good service. They were professional, beyond helpful and just a pleasure to do business with. I will gladly return in the future. Side note: I haven't used any of their other services but the normal pricing on the AD adapter he ended up giving me for free was excellent. Even if I had paid for it I'd have saved quite a bit of money compared to purchasing at a store like Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc. read more

I went in at first just to see if someone could get take my phone case off of my phone, but I was immediately captivated by the swift nature of one of the employees. He approached me with great eye contact (as well as beautiful eyes) and confidence, introducing himself as James. I'll admit that I was shocked when he said his name was James because he looked more like a Gilligan to myself. Anyways, I told him of my problems and he ever so easily pulled the plastic case off of my phone. What I had been so incapable of doing for so long, James did in an instant. Afterwards he noticed that my screen was slightly cracked and do to his great explanation of how a cracked screen inhibits the longevity of the phone and how it may pose as a bigger safety issue than I presumed, I decided it was time to get my screen fixed. If I could rate this place 11/10 I would! If I had one complaint it would be that the world needs more GILLIGANS. read more

Brendon and Ben saved my life when Apple Store couldn't do anything to help me. I had my phone drenched in pool water this morning, thinking that the chance to get the phone working again is slim. Went to Apple Store immediately to seek help and the only answer they had for me is to buy another refurbished phone for 300 dollars. As I was almost certain that I would have to drop another couple hundred bucks, I wandered by this place where these two life savers told me that they might be able to revive the phone for me. For only 39 bucks they took the phone in for a diagnostic and the next day they called me with the great news that my phone is up and running! The total cost of that was only a hundred dollars for a new screen on my iphone 5, which is an insanely great deal compared to what Apple has to offer. I would give these guys two thumbs up! Let's just be honest. my cousins friend is one of the techs here, and he kind of pushed me to get my repair here. This is a well over due review. I was here during black Friday to get my repair done. It was done reasonably quick. Apple wanted me to wait 3.5 hrs and this place wanted me to wait 20-30 mins... but one of my friends knew thomas, who was a tech. Thomas put me as priority and finished my screen repair in 10 mins. The only reason why this place deserves 4 stars is because of the price. I could have definitely gotten the repairs for cheaper, however this felt like a quality repair. It felt like it did before it broke. I have done a previous repair at the spectrum and it broke not too long after. But I gave this one some time and he even put tempered glass for me! Only reason for the 4 stars is the price! I went in for a repair because of the convience of the mall and should have walked away and listened to my instincts! The guy was not friendly and said it would only take 30 minutes. It took well over an hour and when I got it back the corners are all scratched up and bent up and he was literally using super glue and a file to fix my screen! I was mortified! He said that was how they fix it and to put a cover on it! Rude! The screen is fixed but it looks horrible! I wish I would have walked away! They don't care about you or your device just there to make a buck! Will never recommend these people. Overpriced! Unfriendly! Bad workmanship! read more

Love this place! They are so helpful and quick. I am extremely clumsy and have dropped my Iphone WAY too many times and unfortunately the Iphones are extremely delicate and break easily. I have brought my phone to them twice and each time they have given me a great deal and fix it under an hour! I wouldn't go anyone else and would suggest this repair kiosk to everyone! Went to Apple to ask about a simple repair and was told there would be an hour wait time. Saw the stand for "we fix it" and spoke with Didi about a bad connection in my charging port. Instead of just trying to get me to pay for a repair, she offered to look at it for free. Not only was it quick and easy, but she was able to solve the problem in a matter of minutes. Had great experience at we fix it mission Viejo mall, my phones screen was shattered. Moses was very professional and knowledgeable and took greasy care of my phone.
