Went to the Dana Point store today and had my iPhone glass replaced front and back. Chris was an awesome employee and did a great job on my phone! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had been getting the runaround from Apple and Verizon all day so it was nice to finally get results. I will be taking more of our household electronics here. The technician diagnosed a defective iphone 7 + screen LCD, quoted a fixed repair estimate, upon acceptance by me, proceeded to fix and have ready to go in about 45 minutes. These guys are more of a hassle than dealing with Apple. I went and got my screen fixed on Christmas Day but the guy that fixed it messed up the digitizer on the screen so my phone was all messed up. I asked him about it, he looked, and said go home and reset it and it should work. Did that, and it got worse. When I was putting the cover back on my phone, the top of the screen cracked. So I went in the next day and the guy told me "sorry bro, id love to swap out this screen but since it's cracked I can't, you gotta pay another $200 if you want it fixed." These guys just made me lose and extra iPhone when I could've used the original $200 at Apple. Terrible service, terrible workers and terrible attitudes. Not impressed. read more

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with this company since day one. Order of my new screen took longer than promised, no contact was made as promised, phone did not work well (or at all!) even after they repaired it (in Mission Viejo Mall). I had to go back six times! Still no success. I would much appreciate if they would simply tell me that they are not able to fix it rather than keep charging me and still not able to fix it. After 3 plus weeks I asked for refund, at least 50% back would be nice to go towards my new phone, which I ended up buying. They charged me $160 for the repair. No refund was granted by their manager instead I was offered that they will keep fixing. My complain to the manager was ignored. I will never use this company ever again, I will not recommended either. Very disappointing! read more

This review is for their new Dana Point location on PCH. Very professional, fast and efficient. He fixed my son's iphone 4S in 25 minutes (cracked screen). He did give us a 1 year warranty as long as it's not water damage or dropping it, I think it covers possible problems from having opened it in the first place. Marc works at the cart in the The Shops At Mission Viejo. He did an excellent job. He was very friendly, very prompt, courteous, and he fixed my iPhone quickly. On April 17th at around noontime, I stopped by to have him replace my cracked screen. He did it in 20 minutes. Later on that evening, I saw that my iPhone touch ID wasn't working, so I took it back him that evening and he fixed that quickly as well. They fixed my shattered screen it was so bad my button fell out he fixed the whole thing in under ten minutes totally impressed and the other store in the mall tried charging me 175 this place did all kinds of repairs for only 115$ !! Hopefully I won't break it again but if I do im coming back here !!! read more

Brought my boyfriends phone here to get repaired cause it had good reviews come to find out I have to come almost every month because the screen starts to come off and they have to re glue it! 100 dollars to come back every month definitely not worth it read more

NOBODY SHOULD GO IN THIS PLACE ! My phone fall on the floor and the screen crack but everything works very well no problem i keep my phone like that for 1 month because i didn't the money to get it fix. I went there to fix it and the guy told me that in one hour my phone would be completely fix for 60 dollars ! I came back one hour after with a good new and a bad new, It as free BUT I will get my phone 3 days after because apparently my button was "broke" (Weird because my phone worked VERY well before that) So I wait 3 days without phone and i came back. An other guy was here he explain me that my phone was not fix yet because they have to wait to receive the LCD screen and it would be 160 dollars !!! (Money that I don't have) But no choice because my phone can't work without that. I wait 3 days more. I came back there for the third times my phone seems fix but without battery. I come home and see that my button doesn't very well and in the background of my phone has lot of chinese sentences (weird) and something on the front of my phone is not in the good place .. 2 days after I write a text to friend and the screen just crack in my handS, IN MY HANDS ! So i decide to see the manager for the 4th time !! But the manager (ZACK) choose to do nothing for me because it's not his fault if my screen is break again and he can't do nothing for the chinese symbole etc ... He can't give me my money back ! Now I have a phone worse that the beginning and with 160 dollars less in my pocket. This shop is not a good place to go, I highly inadvisable to go to this place to have a phone fix in good conditions. read more

Dropped my iPad a few days ago and my glass screen was completely cracked! Zack at We Fix It, Inc. was very helpful and friendly. Zack walked me through the process and throughly checked out my iPad and told me exactly how long it would take to fix and the type of glass that he would use to replace it. Worst experience I've had in my life. Brought my phone to get a cracked screen fixed. Did a HORRIBLE job, I had to go back again to re-fix it, which made it worse, and the phone eventually got to the point where I had to bring it to Apple because the the phone was disabled which lead to me losing all the pictures on my phone. My screen was completely cracked and the chards were getting in my ear when talking on the phone....I went here a year ago for them to un-lock my iphone for tmobile and today for them to repair my screen.
