My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.

I cracked my iPhone screen pretty badly and needed it fixed. He warranties his work for the lifetime of the phone. The screen isn't from apple but I haven't had any issues so far. When my daughter and I first walked in, we were quoted what seemed like a fair and reasonable price to fix her phone. She had saved her own money and was so happy to finally get it repaired. The employee clearly stated the price multiple times, and we left feeling good about the decision. We dropped the phone off and came back later to pick it up. The repair was done, but when it came time to pay, the price was suddenly much higher than what we were quoted. There was no prior call, no explanation, and no attempt to honor the original quote. I immediately questioned it and asked to see the video footage of our initial visit -- with sound -- to verify whether the price had been my misunderstanding or theirs. I made it clear that if the video proved it was my mistake, I was more than willing to pay the difference. Instead, I was given an excuse that it "takes time" to access the video from their Ring camera system. Days passed, and despite me calling multiple times to follow up, no one ever returned my calls or provided the footage. It became obvious they had no intention of resolving the issue or being transparent. To make things worse, we later discovered that the phone's camera stopped working after their repair. I called again to try and address both problems -- the price discrepancy and the new camera issue -- but no one ever answered or got back to me. At this point, it's clear this business operates with zero accountability. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: quote one price to get the customer in the door, then change it afterward and dodge responsibility when questioned. Adding to the concern, many of the so-called "positive" reviews for this store look suspiciously fake -- vague wording, no details, and profiles with no other review history. After my experience, it's easy to see why they might feel the need to pad their ratings. If you value honesty, integrity, and basic professionalism, stay far away from Pros Phone Repair. IPhone 17 Pro Max - Screen and back repair…read more Accidentally dropped a weight on my phone and had to get it repaired. Screen was cracked, back glass was cracked and frame was a but dented. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.
