We made an agreement for their services. and I would pay X amount; services were rendered, and I duly paid, albeit more than what we agreed to but I thought our relationship was professional and respectful, so I paid the additional amount that was never agreed to without quarrel. Two months subsequent to that, and after losing a lucrative contract with my former employer, I was issued an invoice nearly tripling the initial invoice which I paid on some fabricated charge. After months of trying to contact them to resolve this conundrum, they continue to issue alleged bills for work they performed which had been already paid. Bottom line, despite the good work and cordial relationship we had, this company will bill you after you have paid your invoice in full for additional work. Be careful should you contemplate using this company. You could become involved in their billing bonanza.

When it became apparent to me that the long term odds for the laptop were not good, I made several trips back to the shop for advice on a replacement and, when I bought the new laptop I turned that over to Nathaniel to transfer all of the data, apps, software, photos, etc. from the dying machine to the new one. The charges for all of this were very reasonable, especially in view of the amount of labor involved, and he returned and gave me credit for the parts he had ordered in his first efforts. I've been using this replacement laptop for a month or more now, and have yet to find that Nathaniel missed anything in transferring the data, etc. They are under new ownership in the last couple years and, although I'd had a very disappointing experience there several years ago, I'm very pleased that I've given Nathaniel and the new owners a chance!
