They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop. It would not properly install the latest version of windows, it kept stalling around 70-80% it waz running ultra slow, and sadly, ive become my father. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information. So the reason they didnt get a 5 start review is because I felt like the man who did the work on my computer was very rude and wasnt explaining anything to me. I have no idea if I overpaid, but I do know that good service is more than just fixing the issue. I want good service all around, and I did not get that here.

The man at the desk "fixed" my ipad within a reasonable time frame but 3 months later, the ipad has the same problem it had 3 months ago when I brought it in the first time. There's no guarantee on their work so if I wanted it "fixed" again, I would have to pay the $150 they charged me the first time. Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. Few months after as I am replacing my wife's screen protector when the whole screen on the 14 ProMax comes off and I get two white lines across it when I try pushing it back in its place. I take it to CPR who gives me lip service about dropping the phone, blah, blah , blah. None of that happened. I just peeled the old screen protector off. I take it to another shop who look underneath the screen and discover a loose screw which was " probably never tightened up all the way" according to the tech and prevented the screen from settling in 100% , so when I pulled the screen protector off the screen came off with it. I then called CPR again with this new information and got more of the blah, blah, blah bs . Disappointed but I will replace the screen and life will go on but I cannot and will not give them any business again.
