Sadly I ran into this again today. I found some material on the ground and set it on a ledge. I asked if they could sell me some of the same materials. The staffer was rude, asked how I'd feel if he went into my car and grabbed stuff. He also said he'd 86 me if I did it again. This was unnecessary and needlessly unprofessional. I simply was putting it into a more obvious place than the ground. After all if I dropped something I'd appreciate someone picking something up if I dropped it. No good deed goes unpunished here apparently. I was so flabbergasted I didn't respond with a better explanation but it's a situation I never should've happened. The only reason I have given them two stars rather than one is because the gal at the counter was very nice as she usually is. Still overall disappointed with the whole experience.

It was a hoarding situation (nightmare) and Kenny and his crew were prompt, super courteous and thorough and after moving 3 truckloads of cat urine soaked debris,trash and furniture in 110 degree heat they were still friendly and cheerful. They even emptied my garbage cans. As I was moving out of this property. The two gentlemen that worked on my job were extremely nice and efficient. I also appreciate that they were extremely upfront with the cost of the job as I sent pictures. No hidden surprises. I give them a five star rating.
