We provided photos in advance of the visit as requested. Karim was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Once the filter was installed he showed us how to operate it. We also got a booklet to go with the filter. He set the pool vacuum on the timer. It worked perfectly the next morning. It is also so quiet, you can barely hear it running. They would not answer my phone calls or text messages, left me hanging to scramble and find another pool maintenance company. I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!
