I will provide an update once the job is complete but I have a feeling he won't disappoint. Update: Frank arrived on time, immediately noticed other issues and offered solutions. Grease cap had messed up a valve, tried fixing it. Once we saw that nothing was working he was able to go and get the parts we needed within the hour. Frank went above and beyond. Lubricated the o rings, fixed my pool timer, helped me with my pool light, added chlorine to my pool. Can't say enough, he's my maintenance guy moving forward. Technician #2 came out on April 27th and informed me that the same light his colleague had supposedly repaired had leaked, flooding the entire base of the spa. He told me I would likely need all of the electronics replaced, although he said he would "try to get me a good deal." I contacted management, and the manager acknowledged my frustration and said the owner would call me back. After several days and multiple unanswered phone calls, I decided to turn the spa back on myself just to see what would happen -- and unexpectedly, it worked perfectly. Several more days later, the owner finally contacted me to "discuss repairs," which by that point were apparently no longer necessary for reasons that were never explained to me. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from using this company.

We had our spa diagnostic appointment on February 2nd where we learned the service fee increased but they also needed payment for the $600 part upfront (not a huge deal, but seriously?). We paid the diagnostic fee and pre-payment for the parts needed immediately and received no additional communication. After 1 week I called and spoke with a man named Danny who had no idea what was going on but said he would call me back. I received no call back. 4 days later we received an appointment confirmation email scheduling our service appointment for another 10 days out. After our experience in 2023 this came as a huge shock and had we known this timeline we would have went elsewhere as we use this spa for medical purposes and being out of commission unexpectedly for over 3 weeks is unacceptable. I emailed them expressing our confusion on the lack of communication and delays. No response received. The technician did his job but I give this company 0 stars for communication and customer service. Will be taking our business elsewhere from now on and spreading the word.

We pay for the service every month through our rental agreement and we expected to have a nice looking pool for the summer in order for this to happen I have to go out there myself a sweep and vacuum the bottom of the pool. I didn't know know that paying for something meant you still had to do the work yourself. I have asked several times for him to sweep the bottom of the pool in which he said I'll be there tomorrow to tend to the pool and then again on the normal day. He never showed up for the extra day promised and only poured the shock into the water. Horrible service and not worth the money.

I wanted to make sure how much it was going to actually cost me, so I made sure that they knew WHAT I HAD IN SUPPLIES including the fact that I had three bags of salt and I wanted them to be used so that I would NOT HAVE to pay their price for the salt needed for my pool. I knew I would need two additional bags but that was it. Well it DID NOT GET USED even though it was NOTED on my file. Then I also knew I needed to replace the filters and would do so at the same time as when getting my pool drained and refilled. I had called and spoken to Shawn over the phone because I received a text letting me know the filters were on sale with a 15% discount and I wanted to make sure the discount was applied to my invoice. He said that yes it was going to be applied on the final bill. Except Shawn failed to mention the FACT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $140 additional for putting the filters in. But the worst part was when I went in person to find out why my bill was so high. Of course being the honest person that I am I HAD ALREADY PAID THE INVOICE. My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. Anyway, found someone local who is half the costs for the same service.
