Do not do business with this company. They are frauds. Back in March I booked a move with Jerri "the moving girl" for July and I was advised that if I wanted to cancel, I would get back a full refund. In the beginning of June, I canceled. The reason I canceled was because I was given different information by different people every time I called. I then spoke with her and was advised by her that it was canceled and I was going to be getting my refund. Three months later, I have still not gotten anything in writing that they had canceled out my move, and I never got back any money from them. I put my down payment on four separate credit cards and none of them were refunded. I had to go through the hassle of disputing all four cards to get my money back. I'll start by saying I'm looking for a reason to give, Junior and Lucas a 4 or 5 Star Review. Background: In February 2025 got under Contract with WeMove4You using Lucas as my agent. All very professional. Paid my $1330 deposit for a move between Arkansas and Las Vegas. All Good so far. In wife's and my opinion, the U.S. is going a direction, which adds uncertainty to the future, and we jointly decided that the move we were planning was not prudent at this time. Emailed Lucas and was directed to send my Cancellation to United Global Van Lines, another Port St. Lucie company, who apparently bought out WeMove4You. Still smooth. Email from Junior Alexis United Global Van Lines on April 24: We hate to see you go, but if you change your mind, please call us as soon as possible. Your refund will be processed promptly! I inquired online about an estimate. I was called and given an estimate that sounded very fair, and the process was explained HOWEVER, things were not explained fully... and I got just enough information to think this was a great company with fair pricing. Lucas explained that they are family owned, Florida based, and do their own moving. THEY ARE NOT THE MOVING COMPANY... THEY ARE THE BOOKING AGENTS. They find a moving company to assign the job to. My moving company ended up to be Seal Pack Van Lines based out of New Jersey. From the second I signed the contract, communication was HORRIBLE. I had to call, text, and email several times. Dates/days for pick up were changed, times were changed. Add-on's galore. They added on for additional cubic feet $195 (I did not add on anything extra from the estimates), there was a $200 add-on for packing material (supposed to be included), there was an add-on for 300 "long distance" feet - total BUNK - I personally measured after being overcharged AND the first 100 feet are supposed to be free. SCAM. Avoid at all costs!! NOT a family company. They contract their work out and hold furniture hostage. Worst experience of my life. Quoted $2000. The the day they were coming it was $4300. They showed up 2 days and 5 hours late and then once they trashed my house I couldn't reach one person about stop off. Literally no one could tell me anything. Supposed to drop off sat then Mon then tues (after I had to fly back home) this was an out of state move. Then the three Russian kids delivering told my dad they wouldn't give him the furniture u til he paid them $4000 MORE IN CASH!!! Horrible! Sales rep Brooke lied to me and said their company would be handling the move. LIES!! Some other guys showed up tried to quote me twice as much, then when I said I didn't want to go through with the move I was pressured and told my "refundable deposit" was not refundable since they were present on site. Delivery from Arizona to Tampa was supposed to be roughly a week. They have had my belongings for 18 days and it still hasn't gotten delivered. NEVER BOOK THEM!!! read more

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. This is a complete scam, they claim to be a moving company when they're not. They are brokers, not movers, and are very misleading. When the actual movers arrive, it's a completely different random, 3rd party that comes to move your stuff. They deliberately underestimate the cubic footage of your belongings to offer a low initial estimate. Then once your items are loaded the final cost is double the price. They falsely advertise the delivery date as well. They fail to disclose that they can take up to 30 days from the delivery date you provide them after your stuff is sitting in an undisclosed storage warehouse essentially holding your items hostage. In a two week later and they keep telling me finance me for a few and they have 72 hours to do though. They've been telling me this for two weeks. Earlier this year my family moved around 500 miles from one state to another. We called American van lines to schedule the move. Firstly they under priced us knowing we had moved two years prior...a greater distance ...with 15000 pounds of items and that we probably had acquired more! Still we expected an increase when they came to pickup...not an issue. However they changed the move date to one day later and showed up with a large Enterprise Rent a Truck, and yes the price went up..again no problem There were two people for white glove service on a 2700 square foot 2 story house. They were late to begin with and were supposed to finish in the day...not happening! Along came two more people to pack...they were seen throwing boxes down the stairs! They proceeded to pack the truck to the fullest capacity during which time 2 more packers arrived to replace the first ones who left after maybe 4 hours! leaving half the house still to go * Next issue..they say they will come back early tomorrow with the bigger truck...l tell them we have to leave by noon..3 pm at the latest...they arrive at 11am along with the same size truck Another enterprise rental and another 2 packers who appear a couple of hours later! They tell us they repacked the first load into the 18 wheeler but couldn't get that into the drive...lies ... only 2 years almost to the day Mayflower delivered the 15000 pound of items in an 18 wheeler to the exact same address!! So now they are packing and stacking in the truck... several different sets of 2 packers come and go but at pm they say the truck is completely packed and they can get no more in...still have a lot of items left to be moved..an extra 5k to come back on the 3rd day when we should have actually moved out over 24 hours ago... at this point I enlist a friend with a trailer to come by and pick up the remains items and store them for me until I can drive back and pick them up! Now they are supposed to deliver the items to the new address the next day... no such luck...it takes them 4 days and an extra payment to deliver 430 miles away...l had a tracker in one of my pieces of furniture and I could see where they were and they were not attempting to head my way at all! When they arrived I expected an 18 wheeler instead two enterprise rental trucks arrived and when they opened them one was still completely full but the second one was missing a third of the contents. Boxes were damaged and things broken the long and the short of it was that over 20k worth of items were missing or damaged...I understand that we were not told about the extra cover and that was our fault but to be offered 60c per pound weight was what we got Unfortunately I don't believe they weighed the trucks or they would have been around 3000 pounds light in one truck plus's the breakages but instead we were offered less than$100! And told it would be paid within 60 days! Please note that when they want paying it is due within hours ...not days...and as a by line 60 days has come and long gone! The moral here is DO NOT USE AMERICAN VN LINES TO DESIGNATE WHO MOVES YOU AND DO NOT EVER USE WE MOVE 4 YOU LLC they are a fly by night moving company who just rip you off! I was connected with this company through a search for LTL movers. I needed the service quickly and they gave me a reasonable quote so I just signed the agreement and booked. But a few comments by the employees raised a red flag so I looked them up and found a lot of negative reviews that reflected my experience. They said they don't contract out their moves but that's exactly what they do. If they'd just been honest about it I wouldn't have cared, as it's not unusual for LTL shipments to go on trucks from other moves. I also didn't like that I could put the deposit on a credit card but had to pay the remainder in cash or Venmo upon pick up and delivery to movers they couldn't even name until a few days before the move date. After reading all the terrible reviews, finding they are not BBB accredited, and seeing that as stated here they used to operate under a different name that also got terrible reviews, I decided to cancel the day after signing. Per the agreement, I was entitled to a refund of my deposit. I didn't hear back so I called asking when I could expect my refund and what documentation I would receive. They said someone would get back to me but no one ever did. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very glad I read these reviews first. SCAM! The "customer service" is a whole new level of hell. It's just the same 2 women answering the phone. No manager, supervisor, no one else is able to come to the phone according to them. I have been hung-up on 3 separate times. Ive only experienced attitude, sarcasm, and total disrespect. They have done the obvious, adding charges after I had received the initial quote and my stuff was already loaded giving me no option but to pay it. They conveniently left out the policy they have that states they can hold your stuff for up to 30 days past the drop of date until after the date my stuff was suppose to be dropped off had come and gone. Now, I get a call saying my stuff will be delivered within 12 hours and if nobody is here to accept the delivery or if I don't have the funds that they dramatically raised, then they are going to put it in their storage shed and charge me for it!! I have to work, so now my options are to have them steal my stuff and charge me god knows how much for a "storage unit" or call out of work so I can FINALLY get my stuff. And the company that is dropping off and somehow has my stuff now is NOT the one I signed the contract with which is We Move 4 You. Fairway Moving is the company that is dropping off my stuff now. They will hold you hostage at every point. They were not even supposed to be our movers but got contracted out to us. Every time returned around there were additional fees. They did not deliver like they said they would on time because I could not get the money to them even though it was Saturday afternoon and all the banks were closed and we do not use the other things that they wanted. We will end up spending 5 to $10,000 more than. Additionally, we thought. The manager is questionably honest. I don't even know if he is the manager. He may be the owner. I'm going to contact North American who I originally tried to take care of my move and was subcontracted out without me knowing it until I got the first bill. Then it was subcontracted out again to this entity which is a real joke. I am going to contact the sheriff if I do not get my households in good condition at my house.
