Bad business, can't make good products，We Print Vegas Installed wraps on two of our commercial vehicles. The first wraps they did on them were bubbling up really bad, peeling up after only a few months, and they had already fixed and patched them so many times that they needed to redo the wraps. They reprinted the wraps and installed them on both of the vans. We had a few concerns with both vans, but one in particular because ¼ of the wrap has a bunch of white spots in the graphics because they did not let the ink dry before they rolled the vinyl up. Also both vans have very poor print quality, you can see all the lines from where the printer was going back and forth over the wrap. The old wrap did not have these lines. It is like they rushed the print because they had to redo their work and didn't want to take the time to do it right. Both vans also have a lot of small bubbles throughout the wrap. The graphics also do not line up where the seam is... We brought this up to We Print Vegas and left the van there so they could fix it properly and they sent us a text that says they see the areas we are talking about and that they aren't a big deal. When we went down to grab the keys we spoke with Martins back, because he had more pressing concerns then dealing with upset clients. As soon as we started talking with him his entire body language changed and he got very short and rude, and would not turn away from his computer. He kept saying Hernan was not there and that he said it was fine and he had sent one of us a text message. He pretty much told us it was what it was. I asked him who was above Hernan because we don't seem to be getting anywhere, and he informed me that Hernan was the owner. I then asked him If he or anyone who worked there could give us an educated opinion on the quality of van wrap. Martin got up and took a look at the van, and as I was expressing our concerns he said "Well is the wrap effecting how your van operates?"... He also mentioned "that it is only a commercial wrap and it is only for advertising purposes." He also mentioned "that we were given two free wraps." Martin then informed us that he would have Hernan call us and we ended our discussion. To sum up my experience at We Patch Vegas, I have never felt so disrespected at a place that took money from me for a service that they failed to provide, to only tell me that my vehicles and brand are not good enough to have something I paid a lot of money for to be installed properly. The problem with we print vegas is that they do not listen to your concerns and just end up doing what they want. They have excuses for everything and it is never their fault. They are very slow and will cause you to have multiple hours spent at their shop. I still have not heard from Hernan BTW... read more

These guys will print but not wrap. Delay with sh*t job. Shouldn't even tell people that he vinyl Wrap the cars.... If guy tells you ready next day believe me that its its going to take another 3 days which include your working and weekend hours. Mainly this assho Completely destroyed my 2014 tundra. No bs literally broke all the pieces that touched on the car and didn't admit that he did it. Other day drove on high way and I saw my front fender flare flying down on the road...cause guy broke its attachments when he was wrapping the bumper. Ano thing in my front grills about to do the same.... F*CK!!!!!!! Don't leave your car with these guys unless you want to see same stuff happening to your car. I went with them because they seemed way more professional then the rest (sent me a pic of how the car will look after- a very realistic one) also the guy seemed like a down to earth guy vs the other "annoying sales ppl" Needless to say I'm happy with (in my opinion) quality work and good nice service. These guys are great at what they do, we had them wrap 3 cars for our business and we have no complaints. They helped us with the design and beautifully wrapped all vehicles. Unfortunately Hernan (the gentleman who wraps the vehicles) was sick and didn't come in to work one day, however the next day he stayed after hours just to make sure one of our vehicle was wrapped in a timely manner which really shows their effort in my opinion. We Print was highly recommended to me by a someone who worked for 2 companies who used them to wrap their vehicles. The initial contact and follow through was great, however, the day I came in to have the work done, the colors they had used were completely wrong. Instead of telling me they needed me to come in and sign off on the color match, they emailed it to me, and screen resolutions and colors are different. I had re-arranged my schedule so I could bring the car in and my day was wasted because of it. We rescheduled for me to bring it in today and agreed on a time, but when I brought it in, the person there didn't know I was coming in. I was initially told they normally need the car all day, but then said they could probably do it in 2 hours since it was not a complete vehicle wrap. It turned out to be almost over 4 hours by the time I left. There were bubbles all over, one piece had actually torn and it was obvious that they pieced it back together and there is a bump in it. One of the owners, Hernan, was the person helping me and doing the work. I asked him if he thought the work was acceptable. I also asked him what time he started working on my car, and it was 1/2 hour later than my appointment time (and I dropped the car off 20 minutes early). This was because he was out at another client (a strip hotel that was paying more than I was, so this clearly took priority). Hernan didn't offer to compensate me for the fact that this was the 2nd day I had cleared for this work to be done, and that I was not happy with the final result; he just apologized, which so many companies are making it their practice to do so. I commented on the fact that he didn't offer any compensation for the problems and that I had already referred someone to him and that I was going to let them know what had transpired. I was offered a $50 discount for the problems and was then told that the work was guaranteed and it would be clearly marked on my invoice. When I received my invoice I pointed out that there was nothing about the guarantee. They printed out a 2nd page for me and yet again it was not clearly written out so they amended it and printed out a new version. This company needs to work on their communication and follow through. At this point I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
