With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Much to my surprise as I started going through the list, the majority of the customers either had moved, had not used to service in years, or no longer had dogs. I even had one guy say that they fired skip because he was absolutely terrible. As if that wasn't enough, there were a number of customers who also stated that they had been contacted by another dog waste removal company earlier in the day, with the same story that I was presenting to them, that I had bought his clientele base and was now taking over the accounts. It turns out Skip sold this owner and me the same list of accounts. This man is scum. He lied to my face about the status of his business, about who he was as a person, and about the integrity with which he does business. If this man contacts you, do not do business with him - he is scum and will con you one way or another. The screenshot is his assurances that my purchase was legit, he has since blocked my number and is not answering my calls.

The whole summer was out there. I watch a friends dogs on days she is gone all day so that makes 5 going regularly. They came and it looks AMAZING!!! They were courteous and respectful. Quick as well. The man even helped me with my sprinkler problem of the husky biting the heads off. He gave me a great idea and they now are not getting eaten off. I signed up for bi-monthly service and text the tech should I not be here to unlock the side gate. It's only $70 a month for all those dogs and I have a big back yard. I am sooo pleased with them and they even spray off the patio. So grateful I saw that little car. Great little company with honest and integrated people who provide great service. The customer service gal was attentive and took the time to help me get a day when I was home by finding an alternate tech for my area on the weekend. Tamy is wonderful about keeping clients informed of any schedule changes or updates, and she's always been so kind and responsive. When one of our sweet pups passed away in December, the compassion they showed meant more than they probably know. Special shout out to Rod! Our dogs always had to be inside before he could come into the yard, and he was incredibly patient while we wrangled our little pack of poop-protecting weirdos He never minded waiting a minute for us to get everyone settled and was always dependable and professional. What has happened since has only made the situation worse. After the incident, I repeatedly called and requested that the owner or manager contact me. It has now been two days, and despite multiple attempts to reach someone, I have received no phone call, no apology, and no meaningful effort to address what happened to my dog. What I did receive was a public response to my review containing information that does not accurately reflect my experience. Rather than taking responsibility, reaching out directly, or showing concern for an injured pet, the business appears more focused on defending itself online. What I find especially troubling is that the company's public response states that veterinary care was offered when I picked him up. That is simply not what happened. No veterinary care was offered at pickup. In fact, I was explicitly told that he did not need it. It was only later, after I called to follow up, that a receptionist mentioned I could take him to a veterinarian associated with their business. By that point, my confidence in the company's judgment and handling of the situation had already been shaken. I understand that accidents can happen when working with animals. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of accountability afterward. My dog was returned to me actively bleeding despite being described as "fine," and he was also returned with feces on his hindquarters. These are not opinions--they are facts that I personally witnessed. The true measure of a business is not whether mistakes happen, but how those mistakes are handled. In my case, there has been no meaningful follow-up, no attempt to make things right, and no willingness to engage in an honest conversation about what occurred. Pet owners should be aware that if something goes wrong, they may be left to deal with the aftermath on their own.
