Our dogs love them too, especially Geri and Caroline. They are always on time, and very reliable. We've never had an issue with this service. We have 3 Pomeranians and 2 cats, and they are not an easy group. One dog needs meds, and the other two are defiant and have very stubborn personalities. The cats try to run out the door every chance they get, so we know how much work they are all together. This is an excellent idea that I believe makes a big difference with their comfort. I have two dogs that are rescues. One is 12 with separation anxiety and the other is a five month old puppy with some separation anxiety as well. I was very pleased upon my return to find that my kids were happy to see me but calm. It was obvious to me their stay with Keith was a good one. After getting my kids home I have to say they are better behaved than before their stay at Keith's. Bonus!! They called to let me know she was almost ready and when I arrived to pick her up, we were in and out. This experience was outstanding. Rosie smells like candy and is relaxed from her spa day. Before I called Lazy Dog, I left a voicemail for an appointment at a competitor that has not been returned yet (it's been several hours) and walked into another location that didn't accept walk ins at all.
