Next day they tried coming in again saying their supervisor Sonia has gotten an approval for the work from the insurance after I denied them entry because again I had called and was told by my adjuster that She had no Idea who Sonia was ! Later that day Sonia came in acting all upset because " she knew everyone in the insurance and she knew what she was doing After days of calling they finally short up to pick up their attic driers and while taking them out they damaged my redwood stairs ".. long story short the insurance denied coverage in the unapproved work and Serv pro took me to court for something they lied about . They are professional, thorough, sensitive to the situation and have a reputation for going the absolute extra mile! They exhibit compassion and caring in the worst times in people's lives and make sure to honor their family in all that they do. Furthermore, their work is impeccable. With a background in construction, I have seen multiple job sites and everything they do is left in immaculate condition. I can't recommend them highly enough. We Feel 911 HAZMAT CLEANUP Exploited our Emotional State and Took Advantage of our elderly mother…read more Just recently my husband and I lost our son to suicide. It destroyed us and happened in our home. My mother in law stepped in to help with the hazmat clean up so we wouldn't be further traumatized. She called 911 HAZMAT CLEANUP. They showed up quickly and arrived with e-documents for her to sign in her distraught, the very next day. She didn't get any estimate and signed the digital contract sometimes checking both yes and no on questions (they didn't even notice that.) They claimed they checked with her for all they disposed of; but only listed and checked about some "bedding", "clothing" which had been on the floor, and some carpet. This contamination was extremely localized; it was only one small part of the floor; nothing above 6" When we got to unpacking what they had removed from our closet, we found all our good camping, surf, and dive gear was missing. These things were only stored in our top shelves where there was no contamination and many items were even visible in the photos taken by the 911 HAZMAT CLEANUP workers. They charged around $3000 more than the $5700 our insurance covered for 4 1/2 hours of work by two men in a van. The pain of realizing all these things were missing was gut wrenching and still is. We had built this gear up over many years. No things really matter in a tragedy like this; but it feels so violating when we are already heartbroken. When we contacted them, they claimed they only disposed of the things on their list, restated that the bill was due, and, should we fail to pay in accordance with the contract; they could put a lien on the house. No discussion, no accountability, no empathy. Their contract has many protections for them; basically enabling them to dispose of whatever they deem necessary and no legal recourse for us. We filed a sheriff's report but can't bear to do more. We need to heal. If you ever have to deal with such a terrible situation, I suggest you beware; make sure you get an estimate, watch them work, get support from someone you trust who is not in shock. And I wouldn't trust that they will respect the elderly. In short; if you can use any other company I think it would be in your best interests.

This is a new experience for me, and I had no idea what I should do. I looked it up on Google, and this was the first company that came up. I spoke with a woman named Luisa. She explained the process to me very thoroughly and was super patient in answering all my questions. I did not end up going through with setting up an inspection. I wanted to get a second opinion before moving forward, but she definitely took care of my needy questions and set my heart at ease. I was freaking out, and she was super helpful and polite. Not sure if she will be expecting this, but I definitely recommend the consultation if she's on the call!

***UPDATE as of 7/13/26 10 DAYS+ $0 has been received from this company. I thought I would update…read moremy review due to company's response on this post. The company has since came out to fix part of the damage that they caused. We have since worked with another vendor through our home insurance to find that actual leak which was within the shower. The water damage cause has been shown to us and proved through reading with a meter and pictures have been provided where the water is leaking down along our tub out to the specific area of the carpet in our room. It is further confirmed that rainbow restoration immediately assumed the leak was in the wall adjacent to the Carpet. That is when they hammered into the 2 x 4 to check for moisture and punctured that pipe. The water continued to leak after they fixed the damage they caused which led us to finding the actual leak through a very thorough assessment by another company. I will not be changing my review. Unfortunately, through the very poor assessment and not checking that the leak had resolved. We had to move forward with having our Carpet and baseboards fully replaced only to find out that they had only fixed a leak that they created and not the source of the moisture. The source of the moisture runs from the shower throughout the enclosure down the tub line directly to the spot that they took out a chunk of my wall, where we also had to have drywall repaired. Please consider this company and standby during visits to the home. The tech that assisted us was of great integrity and very apologetic for this mistake. It was the management who tried to blame us and say they must have punctured a very rare part of the pipe and made a previous issue larger. We have since proven that to be a lie. *** we also never asked for reimbursement for mold, remediation or anything like that. We asked for reimbursement for displacing our family during Father's Day weekend due to negligence. We did not have a leak issue where we had to move out of the home and shut off the water prior to being serviced by your company. We are actually still dealing with the issue and the leak and the water does not need to be shut off we just do not need to run that shower to stop the water from running. We asked the company to make things right. We ask them to pay for the cost of displacing our family for multiple days into a hotel, the cost of repairing the drywall that they damaged and the pipe that they damaged. We had no issues addressing a moisture situation that was not caused by their company. Please let me know if there is anyone who can get in touch within this company. We have since been displaced from our home after having a tech come out and are in a hotel. Our dog has been in 100 degree weather and the GM first refused ownership when even the tech apologized for the mistake of damaging a pipe and water spewing out. He then reached out appearing to attempt to rectify only to not respond for another night. Please reach out to me if you're in management in Rainbow Restoration and are not Param. I would note the tech that came out was honest, kind, and accepting full responsibility. Erik also came and was very helpful and understood the tech made an error. During Param's conversation on the phone with me he admitted this is rare and he should've went into a 2x4. Our homeowners insurance sent out a plumber to review who said the fracture on the pipe was not companies response on this post to wear in tear but deliberate puncture by force. Everyone is in agreement the tech made a mistake. However, Param is unwilling to accept this is a separate issue from the preexisting issue we called about. The house was not unlivable and we were not displaced prior to working with Rainbow Restoration. The plumber Param sent to my house stated he couldn't find another leak so the tech "probably" punctured the same exact (rare) pipe in the same exact spot there was a leak cause water to spew out and create an emergency situation. We are only seeking for the company to rectify the new problem they have created so our family can move back into our home.

We were unsure about how severe the damage was and called around to get some quotes. One place was asking for a $250 deposit, which could later be applied to services, just to get one of their technicians to come out. Family friends highly recommended this company after they had utilized their services on multiple homes. Leo was out the next day, free of charge, to assess the damage and provide some guidance on how to proceed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through worst and best case scenarios. Within a few days, he had technicians to rip up our baseboard and some flooring to dry it out. Overall, they removed/replaced a small part of our wall, baseboard and flooring due to some leaking through a cable hole, which they discovered and patched up for us. We were so pleased with the work! Charlene and Leo both were so accommodating to squeeze us in last minute amidst some other projects that were far more severe than ours. Each and every technician that worked in our house was polite and meticulously clean in the aftermath. They knew we had a young baby and were very thoughtful to not bring in any harsh chemicals, which was greatly appreciated. I hope to not experience water damage in our house again but it's reassuring to know we have a reliable contact to help!
