Neither job was very straight forward due to poor previous initial installations, but Victor is the first plumber I've had out who didn't balk because it was complicated! He explained what needed to be done before starting and cleaned along the way. He was friendly and professional. Victor even went the extra mile to ask about any other issues I might have and provide quotes for those projects so I can have them done in the future. Luckily, I ended up finding a different and great company to clean that day, and was amazed at the job they did. I was for sure going to stick to the new company, however I had promised a few cleaning dates to Tammy and her crew. So I decided to give her another shot at it. So they cleaned one more time before I personally was going to stay there. I felt ripped off to be honest: the floors were pretty dirty and found hairs in the bathroom, and beds. After that, I immediately cancelled all bookings with them, and changed to the new company. Nonetheless, I'd wished things could have worked out, and they could have been more professional in their overall quality, communication, and organization. I pointed out the areas I wanted them to DEEP CLEAN: move the boxes near my front door to dust, sweep and scrub borders and molding-then put boxes back, scrub all borders and molding throughout, clean inside the cabinets, closets, walls, and ceiling fans. These are all things I cannot do because of my health. While they were cleaning, I asked if they could peel off the velcro on my walls. I let them know that it was ok that the paint came off with the velcro. They said, "ok they'd do it." It wasn't done. All of the borders and molding throughout my house was lightly dusted with a broom, but not scrubbed. I paid $25 extra to clean the small refrigerator, $25 extra to have my porch cleaned, and $200 for a DEEP CLEAN/MOVE OUT... originally I was quoted $150...but when they arrived...it changed to $200. I said ok. This was a good "light clean" but it also was not a "DEEP CLEAN/MOVE OUT" clean. I ended up disappointed with what I paid for. Because my house is being listed for sale, I was on crunch time and ended up doing these things myself. I let them know everything I just wrote, and they apologized and said they could come back to make it right...but by then, I had already done it myself. I wanted to let them know and you know that they got paid way more than they should've been paid. They got paid $200 for a deep clean plus $50 extra for the porch & refrigerator but did a light cleaning job. I go out of my way to hire Hispanic small businesses to give my people work instead of corporate big business, but continue to get let down.

However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost.
