A long overdue review. I hired Erika to clean my mother's house prior to the Christmas holiday. My mother was elderly and had dementia so having strangers in her house was always challenging. On the day Erika and her crew (her daughters) came, my mom wasn't handing having them in her home very well. They reached out to me to calm my mom down. I could hear on the phone how calm and caring they spoke to my mom. One of Erika's daughters sat with my mom and spoke with her so the rest of the team could continue cleaning. I think a lot of cleaning services would have said "we can't work in these conditions" and left. Not Erika and her crew. I was so impressed by their kindness and understanding toward my mom. I'm big on communication and was impressed with Erika sending before and after photos of the work they did in my mom's home. It looked great but sometime it can be hard to tell from photographs. When I got to my mom's house for Christmas, I was amazed by the cleaning job they did (I got a deep cleaning for the house)! They were very thorough with attention to the details. The most impressive aspect was the kitchen cooktop island they cleaned. My parents purchased the house in 1976 and I don't think the cooktop looked that clean when they first moved in. The cleaning Erika and her crew did, had that cooktop looking almost brand new. I was very impressed with the communication, the cleaning work that was done and most of all the kind of caring human beings they were towards my mom. I have a similar story to another person who posted a review 11 months ago. I reached out to Erika because she had good reviews on Yelp. She was on time and came to my house the day after I called. She looked over my house and asked what I wanted then said multiple times she would reach out to me by the end of day with a quote. However, I never heard back from her and it's been over a week. Not sure why I have a nice house and we take good care of our house, maybe she didn't like me? I also don't like that she took pictures of my house because she wanted to show me before and after pictures but then never contacted me. So she has some pictures of my house on her phone. read more

I gave Erika a call because she has great reviews on yelp. Erika seemed pleasant when she came to look at my home but she was 40 minutes late. I found that a bit unprofessional but gave her the benefit of the doubt. She stated she would let me know what her charge would be along with the services she included and I did not hear back. I text her requesting the estimate thinking maybe she got busy and forgot but still didn't get a response. I can't speak for her cleaning services because we never got that far. She did say she charges a deposit for the first cleaning ahead of time which was a little different than I am used to. I am grateful to have found Erika! I had someone else cleaning our home bi-weekly and me dusting/vacuuming in between due country-living dust and 3 pets in the home. Absolutely the most professional duo I have encountered. I contacted 5-6 businesses, all at the same time, to clean my late father's newly emptied house. He was a clean guy, but he had lived there for 27 years and was older so I just wanted someone to run through the house and give it a good scrubbing. I didn't receive responses from two of the 4-5 star places until a week later. (The job was done by then.) Two said they wouldn't do certain jobs... like grout... which made me honestly wonder what they DID do since NOBODY likes scrubbing grout. That's why you pay someone. Although they were a little late, I received a text message from the owner notifying me they were still with another customer. I appreciate having this communication. There were three people present to perform a deep cleaning of all rooms which took about 3-4 hours. I have never had cleaning services before, so I cannot offer a comparison to other businesses. While I feel there were areas that were not fully clean, I can understand the difficulty to clean with a lot of items present. I am very happy with the level of service, especially with them cleaning our wood blinds which run throughout the entire home. About 18 blinds cleaned, a top to bottom cleaning through the entire home, including interior windows. Erika and her staff did a truly amazing job. I purchased so many products to bring back the shine to my wood and marble floors, and nothing worked.
