I give this company 1 star because they are very responsive. The first time I looked into the company while playing around with my cleaning options I put things in the "cart" so I would have an idea of the cost. I did not book at the time but immediately received a call from someone to talk me through my options. This was great. The booking experience online was seamless. I was able to chat with someone using messenger to get an understanding of the difference between cleaning options to identify what would be best for my situation. Unfortunately, I allowed the name of this company and some of the things they market themselves as being able to do to fool me into wasting $450 on a move in cleaning service. Overall, im completely disappointed because this was a very costly service and for the work produced I could have saved my money and did it myself and actually deep cleaned my home. Dissatisfied with the move in/move out cleaning because while the house was empty many things in the home were new such as one of the two bathrooms; two freshly painted bedrooms and all throughout the floors were recently stained or new vinyl was installed. It seems like the cleaning professional didn't think there was much work to be done and as a result was was very lazy with their performance. Cindy has been very responsive to my complaints and continues to share my concerns with management. She calls and texts me to keep communication flowing. However, at this point I need to hear from management. My completely empty home was not thoroughly cleaned and I want my money back. read more

Operate like a criminal enterprise. We paid $400 for 4 hours deep cleaning. They ran an upright vacuum over the stairs, did a complete slop Job with attitude. They left in 50 minutes. Just don't. Do NOT use. read more

When our previous tenants left one of our rental property's in such a mess, I didn't know where to begin to clean! They were a great family with 3 young children, but as you can imagine it was beyond just a dusting and mopping. There was an extension on the move out date of my previous tenants due to their closing being pushed back. So that left me with only a day or two before my new tenants were scheduled to move in. With a short deadline and overwhelmed with the task of cleaning during the surge of covid cases on Long Island, I wanted to make sure it was done thoroughly and not rushed. But I also wanted to ensure my new tenants would have a clean, sanitized and safe home to move into. I was referred to We Take Pride cleaning from a friend that uses them often. From the moment I reached out to Joshua and told him of my short window to clean before the arrival of the new tenants, he was knowledgeable, quick and accommodating. He was able to get a team to my property that afternoon and even came to assist when they had told him just how much work was required. When I came back for the final walk through that evening, it was sparkling from top to bottom. The team even focused on the areas I was most concerned with such as the bathroom and kitchen. More then what i expected. 100% satisfied customer for move out deep cleaning service. Details: It started with the excellent responsiveness and professionalism of cindy who was my handler. I was worried becAuse the house was very dirty. A team of three came to my 1300sqft house on time 10am. Josh and team Leslie (two ladies) they worked til about 3pm and the whole house plus garage was spotless. It was completely ready for sale. I am beyond pleased. The cleaning team was very nice, responsive, and on time, but I was unsatisfied with the cleaning.. We did a very quick walk through, and at first glance the house looked clean. The house had been cleaned once already after a construction, but we wanted a more thorough wipe down/disinfecting/dusting as the house had been vacant for some time, and we have a crawling baby. When I took the time to look more closely, corners of counters/floors were not wiped down.. Wall bases all still had dust.. Broken pcs of glass still left in the shower.. Cobwebs on ceilings.. Dirt left on window sills.. And my white socks turned brown after walking around the house. I called and gave this feedback and one person came back to redo the missed spots. I also paid extra to have the inside of cabinets cleaned as well. But he literally came with one small microfiber cloth and a spray cleaner and used the same piece of cloth to clean all the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, walls, cobwebs, etc.. We Take Pride Cleaning services we're absolutely exceptional. I was looking for a new cleaning service because the last team I had hired had erratic availability. That's when I found WTP, Josh, and his team. The booking process was online and it was absolutely effortless. Josh helped coordinate a time much sooner than I had anticipated. I needed cleaning urgently and he managed to accommodate that in a slot that worked. Only thing to note is that the 2 hour slot is the time frame within which they may arrive, and not the time frame that they will be working within. They were perfectly on time. The team came in very professionally. Their equipment was clean, professional, and their workflow was excellent. They were extremely efficient, and left my apartment sparkling. I needed a company to deep clean my new home. I'm over 8 months pregnant and didn't want to physically do it myself as I know it can be tedious. I was really excited when I found this company and got into contact with Joshua. The quote he gave me was reasonable and he was responsive and personable. I booked the cleaning for a Saturday with a window of 10AM-12PM. Around 10:15AM on the day of the cleaning I called Joshua just to make sure they were still coming. They arrived at 12:46PM and said they were stuck in traffic which according to my MAP app from Freeport there was little traffic but I let it go because I just wanted the house cleaned since I'm not physically in the condition to do it myself. I booked a deep move in/out cleaning which is not what I received. Although I completed a 2 minute walk through after, I noticed 10 minutes after they left none of the inside of my kitchen cabinets were wiped down. I tried to reach Joshua immediately but my phone calls went straight to voicemail. I sent videos and pictures of the filth that was left behind. When I finally got in contact with him he told me he was at a soccer game and couldn't talk. Told me there was nothing he could do because I did the walk through even though I explained a 2 minute walk through the surface looked clean but it's impossible to catch everything. Especially when the cleaning crew was already in the car waiting to leave. He said he could only offer me a $50 refund which I accepted because it was better than nothing. I spent over 3 hours, pregnant, and in pain trying to clean everything they missed. He then offered me a $100 gift card towards another cleaning which I accepted but after spending the entire next morning cleaning again, I am just too frustrated and upset with this company to even use it. The only good thing that came out of this was the bathrooms were cleaned nicely. I feel bad leaving such a negative review, because Joshua (prior to me having issues) was pleasant and accommodating on short notice but I don't think it's fair that this has caused so much stress on me and on my body. read more
