On top of that they couldn't even figure out how to properly record my living trust in the state of Nevada, which is something a professional service should absolutely know how to handle. When I finally came into the office for my scheduled appointment their witness didn't even show up. They ended up, asking another customer in the office to act as a witness, which felt extremely unprofessional.Even after speaking with the manager, Jen, nothing was handled properly. I want to process a leaving trust, but at the end we decide not to do it stead just adding my name to the title, was so many paper to do and I thought maybe the process was easy and my husband didn't want to do it . So we pay in full but we did not start anything at all, so I being calling requesting the refund but also they can deduct the 39 minutes time they have with me and all the copies they give me to be fair, but they are not helping me with this issue at all . They cost me over 8 weeks in my divorce by telling me my paperwork had been filed electronically only to find out it was not done correctly. I finally ended up walking the paperwork into the court myself to file it properly. They are poor and have unreliable at communicating. Do not use these folks. I'm so thankful for WTP! I recently almost paid an attorney $2,000 to have a living will and testament done but then my Mom and Dad suggested going with a document preparer instead. We The People really was ver way to work with and everyone at the office was always so helpful. I suggest making an appointment because there can be a bit of a wait either way. They are running a scam. They want to charge me additional fees for a name correction, but when I called the state, they said as long as changes are made within 30 days, they don't charge a fee. Once I exposed Krystal via email, I get a call from Jennifer (her boss) saying she now can waive the "fees". I told them I want a full refund, and I don't want to have nothing to do with them. This place is the absolute worst. I had previously written a detailed review about my experience. I subsequently had conversations with the manager about my experience. It was apparent to me she had no desire in remedying the situation but only wanting me to take down the review because a few days after speaking with the manager I received a cease and desist letter demanding I take down my review. While I stand by everything I wrote, I took it down. They obviously know I can't afford a lawyer--which is why I turned to this place for help the first time. But they did this to me, who's to say they haven't done that to other people. I've written several reviews on Yelp over the years. Some good. Some bad. But all of them have been honest about my experiences. This is the only place that ever sent me a cease and desist letter in regards to my review. I wish I could give zero stars. Update: the fact that the manager can come on here and post my father's name and then misrepresent all the facts is infuriating. I'm not allowed to speak about that happened but she can? I can't publicly post the details about how bad the service was, as I did before, but she can say whatever she wants. Would never use again. I paid over $400 for civil response paperwork. I was very clear on the date the paperwork needed to be filed to the court and was assured I'd get them in ample time to file them. People do not trust they will complete things when they say they will! First person told me seven days. Second person told me ten days. I said well if it takes ten I still have time to take it to the courthouse and file. I call to check in on the seventh day and they told me my paperwork wouldn't be ready till TWO DAYS after it had to be filed in court, but oh if I gave them $99 more dollars I could have it on the day they promised me. I talk to three different people and they eventually tell me my paperwork will be ready the day before it absolutely has to be filed. I can pick it up at noon. It was not ready at noon. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me ahead of time it wasn't going to be ready. I showed up and they said, "it's ready but we're checking it. It will be ready after lunch at 2:15" It was not ready at 2:15. I sat and had to wait an additional 45 minutes and then RUSH to the courthouse to try and file before I had to be at work. And guess what? My name wasn't even filled out correctly in full with additions on the paperwork they spent an extra two hours checking so I had to amend the $400+ dollars of paperwork that I paid for. That was not done when promised. That I'm pretty sure they did at the office while I waited after lunch because there's no way it took more than 30 minutes to do. On top of that none of the women seemed in a hurry at all. Krystal who initially helped me was there and never once came over to talk to me herself, she seem to purposefully avoid me and let the other woman deal with me. The supervisor who I assume only talked to them on the phone never spoke to me or offered any help other than well it's not done yet. Might I add two other people came in there to pick up documents while I was waiting and theirs weren't ready either and their time was wasted showing up to be told to come back later. Update: Jennifer called me and tried to offer me a refund of $50 if I removed my review. I honestly felt like that was not good enough considering my experience and the amount of work they did for what I paid and how much of my time they wasted and extra stress they put on me. I stopped in and there were 2 ladies working, I'm using that term loosely, they weren't really doing anything but what seemed like gossiping. After I a brief minute one lady asked can I help you. She just had this sour attitude and made me feel like was interrupting her lunch or something, like she had something to do that was more important. Took them 5 months to finally give me my completed paperwork to give to child support for signature then return to them so they can file. Child support gave the paperwork back for being filled out incorrectly. I called and advised them and the manager was rude and didn't help me with what was there mistake. So I'm back at step one to fill out the paperwork myself . I sent them multiple emails the last few months asking for updates on my paperwork and it wasn't until I got rude and told them 5 months for paperwork to be checked is unacceptable. "we the people " document peperation services get a...o...rate.if you are in a serious situation and need very important paperwork filed out, seek professional assistance. september 2022 at the rancho cucamonga office, i seeked services as a trustee to a trust, to have a petition filed with the courts for a property grant deed to be legally put in to revocable living trust. my father had passed away in july. he was diagnosed 3 months pryer with stage 4 câncer. he tryed to get all his assets in order , but unfortunately the cancer didn't let him finish, he was not able to legally put the grant deed in to his revocable living trust. the lady in the office said they do these type of petitions all the time,so i signed a contract and payed $3,579.00 .i specifically direct my legal documents to be file with the courts. 5months later at my first court date,judge stated the revocable living trust was not sumited with the courts and for me to find legal council to fix my case it was now in probate. i was given new court date 7months later. as soon as i looked up my portal with superior courts. i see in 11/30/22 the revocable living trust was rejected with a letter from the courts stating : it cannot be filed because is not in proper legal format and to correct and resubmit. there was 1 month to court date to be fixed and resubmited. i didn't understand how this happend. it being the sole purposes of my case .i contacted "we the people"" at ranch cucamonga office and they acted all surprised and dumbfounded i explained to them,they did not professionally  handle my petition. and they broke contract with me and caused more financial problems. i contacted the riverside office and i explained i want to be refund my money and now i need to  find legally council due to them. the riverside office "agreed to refund me my money" and i have never recived a check in the mail. endless attempt to contact ,being told leave a number, and they will return my call all i want is my money back. i dont understand how they agreed to being  accountable  for the unperfessional services in my situation and promise my refund. how hard to just mail me my check.  after almost a year in court ,november 2023 i finally got deed into trust, i filed petition all by my self. i should of done to begin with. bottomline ,i feel lied too with promise a refund in mail. heartbroken to be ripped of at a time i was vornable after losing my father and taken advtage off. shame on this company.. read more

After they were paid in full, within 2 weeks the papers were submitted to us for review. They were incorrectly filled out. They listed all of the beneficiaries as trustees, and asked us for more money. They refused to correct the paperwork and gave us the run around. That was a year ago.
