I learned so much about myself and they were so thorough. Dr. Ip, Shae, and Grace were all such a pleasure. On this visit, I learned that I have a deviated septum and also a tight oral frenulum. These might be why I have breathing problems at night. The team was never pushy with trying to sell me on services or products which I really appreciated. They have such cool technology that really gives me an in depth overview of my oral health. The only thing I would recommend is if they played music in the lobby or something. He and his dental assistant have provided gentle, effective care, and the knowledge that they possess about state-of-the art dentistry is unparalleled to any other I've experienced. I've undergone general cleanings, laser therapy for gums, removal of amalgam fillings, partial porcelain crowns and am currently undergoing treatment with AGGA, which entails monthly visits for the next year at minimum. (I've also even received terrific massages here.) The environment at the office is smooth and relaxing, which is certainly not the norm in dentistry. (The aromatherapy always smells so nice, I can request the music in the exam room and even enjoy a hot neck wrap). All my questions are truly heard and satisfactorily addressed. He was my orthodontist when I was in high school, with a location that could not have been more convenient. Since then, I've had children of my own and moved away. As my kids grew and it became apparent that they had inherited my fabulous teeth (unfortunately) I took them for consults with a few other doctors who were convenient but the quality of care just wasn't what I had grown up with myself. I think every parent wants the very best for their children so I decided to revisit Dr. Smith and was really impressed with how fast I was able to be seen, the thoroughness of the doctor when it came to addressing my concerns and answering my questions as well as how friendly and knowledgeable his staff was. They made it easy to get started and plan ahead for what my children's needs would be. I'm happy, my kids love Dr. Smith's office and after seeing other offices and hearing other peoples stories of where they've taken their children, I wouldn't have it any other way. Not only that but their technology has come a long way since I used to have braces myself.
