The agent who assisted me did not confirm my correct name, which sent me down a rabbit hole of challenges because I did not have a physical marriage certificate I could locate. Rather than the resolving the issue that was their fault, they continued to spin the problem on me and advise. They would not be able to assist me with being added to the account until I corrected it. No accountability on their side and added stress and complications. Additionally, they had said they were going to call me back at a specific date that did not happen... And then, when I called for a follow up, they would only let me speak to the specific banker who originally assisted me. They provided false expectations on the deadlines as well. My thoughts are if you are going to visit a Wells Fargo maybe try a different one.

Nothing they asked for was unreasonable. I got the necessary paperwork together and drove to this location. I was greeted, signed in and asked to have a seat and wait. There were 3 people ahead of me. They gave me a few documents to sign and was told they would call to get an approval for me. Within 10 minutes I got approved. The whole process took about 30 minutes and I walked out the door with a check for an amount that was just $700 under Blue Book value of my car. My payment plan is great and they offer many ways to pay. After this loan is paid back, should I need another one, this is the place I'll go. Thank you Presto for being there when I needed you.
