I'm picky about the way my dog's hair is cut and he also has skin allergies that make his skin easily irritated. The owner, Jennifer, is so pleasant and professional. She listened to all of my concerns answered all of my questions. I made the appointment and I'm so glad I did. It's a beautiful salon located in a resorted Victorian home. The groomers are incredibly professional and my boy loves going for his regular appointments at SBB. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision and you won't find a better grooming salon in the bigger cities.

I took my dog here last week for an emergency visit. As things turned out, he ended up needing to…read morebe put to sleep as he was an old dog with a life threatening injury that couldn't be fixed. The staff were simply incredible. I showed up about 10 minutes before close but never once felt rushed or that I was an inconvenience. The utmost car was shown to my dog and the staff was very compassionate and understanding. The tech, Ashley, was extremely helpful and pleasant. Dr. Allen was phenomenal. Talk about someone who has found their calling in life, he took extra care with my dog and was so kind and comforting with me. To top it all off, I received a card in the mail from the staff that was very moving and thoughtful. Even the gentleman that took my payment was fantastic. You can tell that these people see this as much more than just a job that they do. I cannot recommend this place enough and as long as I have pets, this is the place I will use for their care. After 90 min of this, I stopped all testing and recommendations, (including their euthanasia recommendation), and took my dog home. He made a full recovery is 24 hrs.
