I went to see if anything could be done to relax a neck muscle that has been tight for years. Not painful except when it occasionally spasms. In three visits it was about $500. They gave me a bag on my first visit without asking if I was interested in purchasing products they sell. One was vitamins that contained what I already take. When I tried to return it, I was told they don't do returns. Second visit - wanted me to buy more vitamins and a pillow. All appointments were scheduled without asking my preference of days or times. I cancelled them all after the third visit and spending $500.

I came in because of foot pain, which is quite possible from tendonitis. I've been in pain and limping around for two months. I was hoping I could get some relief or at least help my back that had now started to hurt from the limping around. I fully expected to be lectured for not taking care of myself sooner and it probably would have been justified. Dr. Raef didn't do that. He listened, he offered some great advice and then he got to work to correct the issue. I appreciated that he walked me through the entire process. He was firm but gentle. Then when he was done, I got up and walked without pain! I could not believe it! When initially speaking with him, I wasn't able to put pressure on my foot. After the adjustment, I was able to stand on both feet with even pressure and not be in pain. I'm still in awe of what happened! I don't think I even realized how much pain I've been in until I didn't have it! I highly recommend Dr. Raef and his team for any and all chiropractic needs. I used to be a patient of Dr. Hood, but it's been 5 years since I've been there. After today, I will now be a regular client. I feel great and even my overall mood is better.

He also insists he have a credit card on file. His reasoning - "I've checked with the attorneys and I know I can legally do this"......and said he wasn't making enough money the other way. Maybe he should be open more than 25 hrs a week. I realize everyone is trying hard to make up for covid hurting their business - but the patients got hurt by it also.
