We called various appliance companies in the surrounding area & ultimately decided to go with Weaver Appliance after they had BOTH the BEST RATE & quickest opening for a service call. From start to finish Technician Kyle Miller was OUTSTANDING attending to our various service call needs. Day of service, Kyle called ahead giving an ETA & arrived right on time in a Weaver marked van. Kyle was both friendly & incredibly professional during the service call attending to our extensive appliances concerns. Overall, we were VERY SATISFIED with the service provided by Technician Kyle Miller! He gave a GREAT first impression representing Weaver Appliance! We were so pleased with the service from Kyle, the technician at Weaver Appliance, that we decided to visit the showroom to explore potential replacement appliances. The Weaver Appliance showroom in Dover was a great resource as it was incredibly helpful to actually put hands on & see so many appliances at one time. The showroom stock along with knowledge from Wenny Denman really helped my husband & I compare & contrast products to determine what features & finishes to select. Prices were incredibly competitive & both products were backed with a 1-year Manufacture Warranty serviced by Weaver. After comparing prices with other retailer like Lowes, Menards, & even Sam's Club we still found Weaver to give the best bang for the buck including installation and haul away. We paid for the appliances on a Thursday & new appliances were installed in our kitchen by Monday. Talk about quick service! When installation day came for our new appliances, we knew we were in good hands as we were once again greeted by technican Kyle Miller! This time he was also joined by Jarrod Haswell who was just as good & also provided high quality service. I called this place for a dryer repair. The repair tech comes out, and is in the basement for 10 minutes. Tells me it's the motor, on 3 year old dryer and it'll cost $500 to fix. Then starts to show me dryers on his website for weavers. I called another repair place and they fixed it for $200 and it WAS NOT the motor it was the thermostat. I basically wasted $150 on a service call just so one of Weaver's repair techs could try to sell me an appliance. read more

We had a technician come over to replace a part in our icemaker 2 months ago. The part failed or something went wrong again. They want to charge us another 125.00 service charge to come fix what they fixed only 2 months in. We were getting ready to buy a new dishwasher from them, but guess what! Purchased a range a year ago and of course something happens a month after it's out of warranty. Don't know what the warranty would have done for a cracked cook top. Called to have them come out they said they would order the part and come out the next week. When they called to give a window they said they hadn't ordered the part and would come out. At this point i asked for a cost estimate for the repair, after 10 or 15 minutes on hold they said it would cost between $800 and $1,000. I told them to forget it and after researching discovered i can buy a new range for $1,100 or just buy the glass cooktop for around $400. Pretty expensive repair!! They won't be getting any business from us in the future based on that. read more

I bought a dishwasher from Weaver Appliance and got an excellent deal. The gentleman that it installed it was on time and very professional. He actually took the time to explain which settings were efficient and would save the most electricity. After a horrible experience with Lowes I've bought my last 2 appliances at Weaver's. I decided to take a chance on Weaver's after a really bad experience at Lowe's. I had a specific model of washer in mind and after discovering that model on their website, I called to confirm availability. The sales rep, Mike, was incredibly helpful. He was able to offer me a good deal on the washer & dryer set and even called me back with an approximate delivery date. The delivery guys were very thorough and professional, checking everything to make sure it was level and that it worked before they left. NEVER ask for service from them. They charged $84.50 just to tell me my refridge wasn't working!!! That's why I called them!! Said it would cost $300.00 to $400.00 to fix. I paid less than that new!! What an Amish rip off!!! BEWARE! read more
