Had to have several visits to get all the parts delivered and get the repair done. Frank worked with us through every step and made sure the repair was done correctly, despite Sears messing up the part orders. Frank was polite, professional and on time. He called and made sure we were available before arriving. I highly recommend Frank. Sears automated call system is ridiculous. There is no way to talk to a person and they kept randomly changing the day of my appointment even though the parts had not been delivered. Twice they canceled the appointment halfway through the appointment day so I wasted a day off work for nothing. It would be much better if there were 2-3 hour windows for appointments. read more

He found the leak in my clothes washer and took care of making sure of the correct part. He put it in and checked to be sure of no leaks.
