She was very accommodating regarding my schedule. She sounded genuinely happy to help (the way one should behave with every customer). On the day of the appointment Sean (Shawn?) came prepared with the necessary parts and got right to work. He didn't mind the kitty occasionally snoopervising. When he was finished he made sure the area was clean and advised what I should do if there were any future concerns. The ice started coming out within a few hours and has been great ever since. I wish I had called JB Zimmerman sooner because it's really hard to find an authorized Bosch service center in the area. I had contacted other service centers closer to my home but they were either unwilling or had poor ratings. Now I know who to call. Candy and Sean were both so friendly and polite. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Note: I've not been to their hardware store but I would give their appliance repair maximum stars based on this experience.

We did pick up some supplies. We were 2 days early for the chicks. Apparently they sell them in the store.
