I will never recommend this business to anyone ever again. The man that I talked to was rude, unprofessional, and had an arrogant attitude.

Both Nate and Ron were above and beyond on showing care and willingness to help. Nate did everything over the phone to coordinate from Georgia and Ron was the best man you can possibly work with. He even helped me to load my part in the car, made sure it is all fit and Safe. Stayed with me till after hours with a nice smile on his face. Don't seem to want to listen to what you want, don't seem to care. Then after giving you a brush-off, they quote you a price over double their competitor. I suspect they were giving prices from a quad cab instead of a extended cab, but he wouldn't double check it. Just says, "that's all I have". Very frustrating. I've tried there several times and end up just going someplace else to find what I need. I guess I keep hoping they'll change as they're the closest yard to me. I couldn't believe they had the correct parts for my Mustang and a lot cheaper than the Mustang Salvage yards I had tried. I was quite impressed with Ron and how much he actually knew about my car. this place called weaver, was before don's auto parts. the customer personal attention at the brach is a very sad situation, because they take care more about the customer at the phone, than customers on front the desk. I was asking for a part on january 31th of 2011 and I was ready to buy, and this guy make me wait up to three calls on the phone. I had to leave the place with bad impression and very upset. I have been dealing with these guys for 6 weeks since to get my money returned I have talked to four different people John (who sold me the part) is almost impossible to get a hold of. I don't understand this place. I called them about a used alternator and they said they had two of them on the shelf and ready to go. I said I would be there the next morning to pick it up. I drive an hour to get there and the people at the counter tell me that they are not a "walk in facility" and they it would take two days to get the parts or they could UPS them to me. Duh I'm right here do you want my money or not? I won't darken their doorway ever again. Total waste of time. read more
