I could not believe how well it turned out! I found a couple of rare spots that needed more attention, and they each jumped right on it. I thought the price was Very Fair. I even had them provide an oil change, and that price was also very fair. This truck is parked outside under a tree, and had not been cleaned in years, but looked brand new when they were done. Spoke to…read moreJohn I believe and set up an appointment to drop off my '06 F-350 and I explained to him that I spent 13 years as a ford diesel tech and really just needed the truck diagnosed but if he would treat me right I'd do the work there due to time restrictions in my schedule. Also explained to him I am now a service advisor at a gm store so he needs to shoot me straight. After 3 days of sitting the got my truck in and called me back with an estimate he explained to me a bunch of stuff some of which made no sense I had a #4 injector, oil cooler, cac pipe clamps and turbo down pipe clamp that needed to be replaced so I asked him to send me the estimate which he did and it matched the quoted price of 2700. After reviewing the estimate I realized he buried an egr delete in the estimate and that the oil cooler did not in fact need to be replaced based off the data he provided. Please note the egr was deleted on my truck several years ago I personally performed the work. When I called him back he started to stutter and got very defensive told me they are there to recommend work and if I didn't wanna fix my "junk" it was my problem that they had plenty of stuff to work on. Also told me the tech that replaced it did a 1/2 ass job which I found comical. These guys are absolutely insane! There is no way my owner would keep me employed if I did a customer this way so if you have money to burn and like getting ripped off this is the place to take your "junk"

Charged for a seat switch at ~57% upcharge despite absolutely no communication that the part was not working properly. Didn't complete the work properly and left grease on the seat and didn't put the switch back on for the lumbar support. I will not go back and I do not recommend anyone use this business unless you just like giving your money to dishonest people.
