Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star. I had a RV moved from Lake Wales to Alturas, it took 5 hours. Fine, when leaving the driver ran through our ditch and broke our covert pipe. The driver came back was very nice and apologetic and said he would call his manager. My husband received a call from a Mr. Webb, he was so upset he didn't catch the first name. He was met with a man yelling immediately, at one point my husband even asked if this was a real conversation. He called us names and our drive way "po dunk." My husband asked him to replace the pipe as we live in a low area and any kind of rain causes us to flood. This pipe is necessary! He was so incredibly rude, I'm sill in shock! read more

I called Geico for roadside assistance, they called 3 different tow truck companies, they were able to get through to Webb Town. At 345pm a call tow truck, the lady said it would be an hr. I waited until 548pm, I called back and another girl said he is 25 miles away. Geico called them also, told them the same thing. No courtesy call that they were behind or their ETA. We specifically called at 3ish to give them time and have time to take my car to the mechanics by 6pm. Needless to say, since they never showed I could not bring my car to the mechanic. Very discouraging. Geico rep made sure this will be on the bottom of the list. read more

Austin was a life saver!! AAA had called another company that never showed up, finally after a 3hr wait they called Webb and Austin drove 45 min to Lake Buena Vista at 3:30 AM to tow our car! The nicest guy too! Made sure to be very careful with the car and explained everything he was doing and why. Next time I'll just call Webb first! I'll be honest, after reading the reviews here I was a little worried, but his service was far beyond what I could have possibly expected. read more

This company is criminal!!! We hired them to load three single axle day cab trucks for us at an auction site in Orlando. They billed us 5.5 hours for something that should have taken 2 hours tops. The operator was obviously not very experienced and I paid the price for it. Once the job was finally done the operator decided to hold my driver against his will until the credit card transaction went through, at one point he even threatened to hook the drivers truck. When I called the dispatcher to make the payment they tried to charge an amount different than what was on the invoice, after some argument I gave up and payed the extra amount so that the tow driver would stop holding my driver hostage. I would think twice about using this company, especially if they know you are between a rock and a hard place. They operate like the Wild Wild West. read more
