THE PATIENCE MATT HAD WAS UNBELIEVABLE! 5 star service without a doubt!!!!!!!!!! I got stuck on the side of i4 with a broken front drive shaft on my jeep. They took about 30 minutes or so to get there (which is completely normal) When MATT, the driver, arrived at the scene he acknowldged me (female) with full respect going straight into work mode. My boyfriend was in Poland at the time of the scene and could not inform me that we have AAA, so I called LAKELAND WRECKER. After Matt (the driver) had anchored down the Jeep i got ahold of my boyfriend who let me know that YES, we do in fact have AAA and unfortunately AAA does not partner with LAKELAND WRECKER. So he -Matt, agreed to at least get me off of i4 and into a safer location, which he did until i could figure out what was going on-or how we could go about the situation. 20-30 mins in as my Jeep was still on the tow truck i tried to get ahold of AAA again, but they asked that my jeep be UNLOADED and i wait there for 45 mins at 9:30PM until they can get someone out to me. MATT gracefully and patiently waited and kept my service dog and i company while i was on the phone. 30 MINS later AAA tells me it will be 400.00 to get towed home. (45min drive) ... SO LAKELAND WRECKER IT IS! After Matt was about to unhook the Jeep, he (with a smile) made sure my jeep was anchored properly for a rainy ride back home. Matt and i chatted the whole way and my service dog was very comfortable with the situation the whole time. a huge thank you to LAKELAND WRECKER for helping me out so late at night and getting me home safely. 100% recommend! read more

I was in a gas station parking lot last night with a flat tire, with two of my friends trying to get the bolts off to put my spare on. A Lakeland wrecker truck pulled up to one of the gas pumps and Sean came out of his truck and over to us as he realized we were struggling. He offered to loosen the bolts for us, but then the next thing I know he was sitting on the ground changing my tire for me. My friends and I were very appreciative and offered if we could pay him or get him anything from the gas station inside and he politely declined. Sean then explained to me how to drive with a spare tire as I have never done so before. Lakeland Towing and Mark deserve 10 stars and an eternal debt of gratitude from me for helping my daughter who was stranded on I-4. Her car broke down and she waited 4 hours for a tow which was sent by our insurance carrier. During our efforts to find out where the service was we contacted Lakeland Wrecker who not only arrived to her within the time stated but showed compassion to her during her time of need. When they realized the dealer was closed he assisted above and beyond by taking her car to their shop and returning to meet her the next day. My motor scooter would not start while I was out shopping at night I had no one to call as I just moved here and didn't know what to do took a cab to my home and found Lakeland Wrecker on the internet. The owner came to pick me up at my home and took me back to the scooter where he attempted to jump start it and when it would not gave me some options on how best to handle the situation since all the shops were closed then took me back home for a very reasonable price..
