My father-in-laws PT Cruiser had radiator issue, so had to be towed on a Saturday morning (fun, right?). Coffee deprived, We pulled up Yelp and responded to another towing company that offered a coupon. They were super nice, but they had a 1 1/2 hour wait. We were stuck with a car that wouldn't start. I called AAA and they said it would be over 3 hours to come out with a tow truck. I got a referral to JT's towing and called them. Everyone was very helpful and someone got to us within 20 minutes to get our car towed to the shop. We needed help moving our older car into our tiny garage from the side of the house and my friend recommended Jt because they moved his car for him just a couple of days earlier. Jt came about 15 minutes after the call and helped us get my baby in the garage first by pulling with the truck to straighten her out then pushing her into the garage with my friend! The most amazing service I've ever received! I got two flat tires from a piece of debris in the middle is SR 60. AAA Couldn't get someone to me for five hours! I was on the side of the road, in the middle of nowhere, it was getting late, I was by myself and starting to panic. Mitchell from JT's showed up within 30 mins after I expressed my concern for my safety! He got me home safe and sound, and for half the price AAA was going to charge me!! Shady, shady, shady... called roadside through my insurance for a flat tire on my trailer because I didn't have my jack. This shady fella from JT's towing showed up and tried to charge me an additional 100$ to swap my tire, in addition to what my insurance company was paying them. Real shady fella. I was on my way out to a doctors appointments when I had a tire blow out on I-4. There was a driver out there within 30 minutes and he towed our car to our mechanic and us to our ride we called right after they showed up and made sure we were safe. We also didn't have full coverage insurance and they made sure we had a reasonable price to best fit both us and there business. MAXIMUM price allowed by law used for every charge, non consensual. Never notified me about vehicle being there and each day it is held there is an additional daily charge. Refused to let me get my vehicle out (4:35pm) because it would extend past closing time to complete the task. No debit/credit, cash only. It's damaged a tool box and the owner states that he has "towed hundreds of boxes and nothing ever happens" so he is refusing to replace the part that the driver knowingly broke. The driver admitted that he was at fault and immediately sent pictures to the owner. After speaking to the owner and him yelling "fucking" at me multiple times, this is not a place I ever recommend. There is no reason to be so unprofessional. If you break it, you fix it. That's why you have insurance and are bonded. read more
