First employee said it must be a mistake. "Manager" named Brett usurped our appointment and accosted us- saying we signed up for this plan. When we asked who would sign up for this? He said "I don't know, you did." Brett was extremely rude, condescending, and unkempt. Smelled bad. Maybe high? Would not recommend this store to anyone. Or VERIZON. Go to AT&T! Also spent hours on the phone with untrained employee whose only remedy to our situation was to cancel our phone lines completely?! Or buy back our phone at triple the retail cost.
