Was scammed into adding our landline as a new line (saying it would be free) WAS NOT. Charged double after two months. Went back to see if this was a mistake. First employee said it must be a mistake. "Manager" named Brett usurped our appointment and accosted us- saying we signed up for this plan. When we asked who would sign up for this? He said "I don't know, you did." Brett was extremely rude, condescending, and unkempt. Smelled bad. Maybe high? Would not recommend this store to anyone. Or VERIZON. Go to AT&T! Also spent hours on the phone with untrained employee whose only remedy to our situation was to cancel our phone lines completely?! Or buy back our phone at triple the retail cost. Time to go off the grid. JEEZE.

Receipt later came and called it a "esim download" at $70, which was already on top of a $70 activation fee. So $140 to activate two lines. It's not a corporate store so they can do that was their response. Official Total Wireless online support said that was not a charge they were aware of. I'd recommend activating online or a corporate store if you can. The online support on the official total wireless website is pretty knowledgeable if you want to activate online.

Within a few weeks the screen broke again, this time I had it replaced in the city - where I was told the screen Accessory Planet used was a 3rd rate, after market replacement and of terrible quality. All their cases would fit models that I didn't own - until today, when I knew they'd have an acceptable piece. I was hoping they had the right color (I wanted a clear case for my new 5c model). Not only did they have one plastic one (that felt a bit too cheap, but the employee said was silicon (and almost felt like, if dropped, it wouldn't protect the phone any), the other one, though just a little less opaque, felt comfortable to use. The employee was very nice, though the case itself was a bit on the expensive side. What I have to go through for just the right "privileges" nowadays. If anyone ever asked me where to get a case, I'd definitely recommend here, although I don't generally have much need to get things every day.
